When I made an attempt to get it replace, the general manager stated, during his "investigation", he found no "evidence" that my hubcap was damaged during the wash. ORIGINAL POST: The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. I had way way better service and easier communication with Cobblestone, who I'll be going back to. I had switched to Super Star because I thought the location would be more convenient. Cobblestone, I see now, though, is worth the drive.

She basically said she needed it for the subscription because it is cheaper if you wash your car twice a month. I restated I didn't want it. I have never had someone try to slide a sale in like that. Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! They told me they could do a "paint correction" and they felt the seats should clean up fairly well. They gave me a price and we scheduled it for 2 days this week. I picked the car up yesterday and I'm extremely happy with the results. It looks like a new car and they charged me a reasonable price!

The card machine did not work so i scanned my card again at the 2nd bay from the left. The machine wasnt making any noise or starting the wash so i scanned it again and nothing. I moved to the next bay over and the same thing happend. I had to wait about 2 minutes after scanning my car and then it started working somehow. I was charged the initial 10 dollar hold but then charged a total of 40 dollars on one transaction and 4 on another. Very very disappointing because nowhere on any sign is the number 40 so its very suspicious and wrong. Had to dispute it with my bank and explain the whole situation. All for a car wash....
