They said they couldn't get the key to work.... what? ... that I gave them the wrong key! Then ( with the WRONG KEY ) they miraculously diagnosed it and they said I should junk it and that it couldn't be repaired but they could just get rid of it if I wanted to just leave it there with them... all WHAT??? My tow guy said there were NO FOOTPRINTS IN THE SNOW TO THE DRIVERS DOOR WHERE HE PARKED IT BEFORE HE LEFT IT AND NONE WHEN HE PICKED IT UP! Why lie? Since my experience all I hear are horror stories about that place! Upon picking up the car in the morning (after 16 days of it being there) my towing guy dropped it off at another place and by the close of business the following day it was completely fixed, engine, alternator, oil and fluids changed and a new battery, a new wiper blade AND inspection sticker on it for under $500.00!
