The fish was incredibly fresh, and I loved being able to see each course prepared right in front of us. The menu changes based on what the chef is feeling and what's available that week, so there's also an element of surprise throughout the meal. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that I was still pretty hungry after finishing all the courses. You can order additional dishes if you want more, but considering the ticket price is already on the higher end, I was hoping the portions would be a little more filling.
