We ordered the Gyu Sashi - Sliced sashimi style raw beef, served with a raw quail egg and a garlic dipping sauce. It was amazing! I could've ordered multiple of this appetizer. We ordered the Sushi & Sashimi for 2 - the premium selection. It's served with a miso soup and salad with ginger dressing. The soup and salad were pretty good. It's the sushi that's the star, though.
