Went in for some liquid. Good selection. Steve went above and beyond to help me try and choose which ones Id like to drip the most. I asked him to check out my coil build and he found a problem. He fixed it right there in store and went out of his way to make sure I knew everything that he was doing and taught me more about my vape. He was very friendly not only to me but to the many many customers that came in and it is clear that he is passionate about what he does. Multiple times I heard him say he needs to call the owner to make a call on something and made sure to do that for the customers each time. It seems he could easily get overwhelmed by the one employee to 7 customer ratio especially when a bunch need their vape troubleshooted and others just want to buy simple liquid but he handles it well. The rating given is mostly for the employee. That owner needs to get his stuff in order and maybe give that employee a little more power. It's never professional to say " I can't do anything without the owner saying" and the owner doesn't answer the phone. Negatives: understaffed. Staff can't do anything without permission. The best vape place around. The staff is way helpful and friendly and they have an incredible amount of stock on-hand. Sure you can buy stuff online but the ability to build your vape (or buy a kit), get recommendations and hold it in your hands cannot be understated. Buyer beware, Darth Vapor on Route 10 west does not stand behind its products. After spending a significant amount of $ on various vapping equipment, I have come to discover they do not stand behind their vapping products, nor do they honor the warranties. I purchased a Joytech vapor set about a month ago. It already broke, went in to get a replacement and they could not be bothered. (The clerk didn't even get off his chair to help me.) With all the Vapping Stores around, it seems Darth Vapor could learn a little about customer service. I was a loyal customer with many of my friends, they just lost a customer and about 10 others. These guys are really knowledgable about vaping and are always up to date with new liquids, devices, and troubleshooting tips. I pass it often when I'm driving around for work, so it's become my go to liquid and coil place.
