I told her what I needed-she looked at me with a blank stare, then said "I don't know what those are. You can look over here and tell me if you see what you are describing"....ok, that's kind of your job , though. Just completely clueless. I was actually showing her what I was looking for and the differences between what I needed and all the others. It's very poor customer service when the customer has to literally explain the products in the store to the staff.
