The first time I went (about two months ago), the clerk was very knowledgeable, gave me specific details about the various choices of batteries I was looking at, etc. My second time going was yesterday, I walked in and was greeted by a young woman, no older than 19. I told her what I needed-she looked at me with a blank stare, then said "I don't know what those are. You can look over here and tell me if you see what you are describing"....ok, that's kind of your job , though. Just completely clueless. I was actually showing her what I was looking for and the differences between what I needed and all the others. It's very poor customer service when the customer has to literally explain the products in the store to the staff. The prices are fair, and they have a nice selection of pipes as well as vaping stuff. But if you're going to hire a young pretty girl as one of your your sales staff because you think it'll bring in business-at least train her in your products!!!

The clerk told me he would call me when the tank came in. I bought the mod and waited. Weeks past and no call. I went back and chose a different tank. I couldn't get it to work. I brought everything back to see what I was doing wrong. They told me the device was defective. Since it was more than 7 days from the date of purchase they wouldn't take it back or replace it. The clerk denied he told me he would call me. He lied to my face. So for a $40 device they lost a good customer.

So anyway I got hookah flavor and when I got home I realized it was expired.. No business that sells anything expired whether it's food or anything inhaled or consumed should he open and I'm pretty sure this violates regulation in many ways.

He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. He answered every question I had about CBD without any hesitation and with so much confidence. The CBD oil I bought has given me good results. I went back this past weekend to get a refill and possibly increase the dosage of the CBD oil and this time it was a female employee. Smh, she knew nothing. I asked her for her recommendations and she basically read off the bottles to compare and didn't tell me anything that wasn't already on them. She literally told me one bottle had avocado oil and the other didn't(which I read myself) but couldn't tell me how that makes a difference. She couldn't explain why 750ml was more effective and expensive. And the difference between CBD and CBG. I ended up just getting the same bottle I had before. I don't understand why she works there and has no knowledge about the products. Since then I have made it my business to research and learn more but it would of been convenient and appreciated had she known.
