If you need gizmos for vaping pretty much anything, these folks seem to have you covered in every price range. Aladdin carries lots of "head shop" and hookah stuff here too. Too much to choose from really. Kind of a disorienting experience, but the young staff seems eager to help newbies like me select that which you need -- or think you need. I think they could use some psychedelic posters of Jimmy Hendrix or the Cream on the walls -- some tie died t's, incense, essential oils and granny glasses. Went browsing for a beaker bong a few weeks ago. Had no intention to buy and was mostly just confirming what I had looked up and gauging the prices. The lady that helped me asked what I was looking for. I pretty much wanted a small/medium beaker bong with at least one perc and an ice catcher. The first bong she showed me was exactly what I had in mind, and in the price point I was looking at. Super helpful, super simple buy. I didn't realize id need a new bowl till I got home and at that point they were closed. Borrowed one from a friend in the meantime till I could make my way back. Came back today to get a bowl for the bong, the guy who helped me was super nice and showed me a couple different ones, talked about the brands and in general took his time to show me. I ended up buying the wrong size and had to go back, was a simple exchange and he made it easy for me. I wish I had asked for his name. I feel like they always have a new person training which explains some of the reviews saying that people don't know anything. But the only way to learn something is to keep doing it. If you're nice to them, the staff is more than nice to you. Theres no reason to be a jerk when someones trying to learn and is at least eager to help. He gave us no reasoning as to why it would be fake except that its "stretched out". Not Happy with Aladdin Vape. They sold me an out of the box Stick Prince and when I got home to fill with juice it leaked all of the place. I didn't even get to use it. The person behind the counter took of the coil with a pair of pliers before I bought stating they where hard to get off from the factory. When I returned to store they refused to take it back a day latter. My belief is that either it was dropped or damaged from the guy that sold it to me using pliers. They were very animate about not exchanging. Needless to say I will not be shopping there again. And did I mention their price point is out of line? Better deals online so wont be returning. The stores setup is clean, huge and spacious allowing you to view everything they have to offer clearly in glass cases. The staff here is very knowledgeable about their products and will help you with any questions you may have. The front of the store has many cases containing hookahs and bubblers along the sides of the wall are all the different flavors of hookah to purchase. The back of the store is dedicated to vapes, I feel like they have a million different flavors back there and I think it's pretty cool you can test the flavors before you purchase them. This store has everything you are looking for when it comes to hookah/head shops and like others have said you can probably get half of the items online for cheaper but out of convenience and how great the staff is here we tend to spend that extra buck. read more

I bought a glass banger and carb cap for 80$ here yesterday and I used my membership card. I go home, use em and as soon as the carb cap hit the banger it snaps in half. I went back today to get the item replaced and they said without the receipt they couldn't replace it. They went to check my membership card and magically the purchase wasn't there. I left without a replacement. I went to use the banger today and while heating it up it breaks off the stem. I'm disgusted by the fact that I spent 80$ for cheap glass I could've ordered myself from China for a third of the price. I've been going here for 5 years and now I am never going back. Store setup is great. Not like other smoke shops. Not crowded not too dark just a very clean and spacious atmosphere. Every item could be seen clearly and the employees are always willing to help with selection or advice. The products carried at the store are truly great pieces made by the most renowned companies in this industry. Attention to detail is all there and although I was only browsing around, after speaking with employees, I felt encouraged to make a small purchase. A great selection of products and the staff are always polite and friendly. I usually buy hookah related consumables from the store and during Covid they remained open to serve customers so that was great. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because their return policy sucks. I paid $80 for a new hookah and after 3 months one piece was broken. Its an obvious manufactruing defect but the return policy is only 1 week?!! The broken part can't be sourced from the manufacturer and the manager at the store has not called me back apparantly no way to reach him unless I randomly catch him at the store. Anyway, I'll remain a customer there but certainly won't be be buying anything more expensive than a box of coals!! read more

My pen broke within the 8th day of owning it and he refused to let me exchange or even provide me a discount to buy a new one after selling me a broken one to begin with. He was not only rude but he became extremely aggressive with me and made me feel unsafe. He refused to give me his supervisors phone number and refused to do anything to fix the situation. The sales person did their job being knowledgeable and offering me the right product. Afterwards I decided to look up the manufacturers site and to my disgust the product was $10 cheaper online! I called and asked to speak with owner to have my money refunded. He gave me an excuse that their return policy only offers store credit. The receipt clearly says that "returns apply for unused or defective items only within 7 days of purchase." Item was unused and 6 days after initial purchase. Owner still says I'm only entitled to store credit. It's not about $10 it's about customer service and he clearly lacks. I wish I could give ZERO star. Be wary of all the prices here... check online before you go and purchase anything from here. Now Alladin is going to have to pay extra to remove my bad yelp review. read more
