We have many chain vape shops so I had a general idea of what to expect. Most stores have a similar vibe: friendly, courteous staff willing to show off the newest trendy flavors, but with a slight sleazy vibe. Vape HQ didn't have that vibe. The staff was professional, wearing branded gear, extremely knowledgeable, and after an hour of trying around 15-20 flavors, I bought five bottles. The candid explanations of various brand e-liquid differences was helpful, and as a previous cigarette smoker this information guides me with staying away from tobacco. The staff was so approachable and friendly that even my friend purchased her first vape kit. I am now back in NC and wish to order from them, but their website seems to be temporarily down. But as a web designer I know the issues with getting sites up and running, and this does not contribute to my rating. Great staff, clean store, and first time I've ever seen a Voop in the bathroom!
