I live right down the street from Prestige but had been going to a different shop a few miles away until I stumbled on this place. I'm glad I found them because I've been vaping for about a year and starting to feel like my old shop wasn't advancing with me. They also didn't carry juices besides ones that they mixed themselves which I find can all start to taste the same after a while. Prestige is much different and I realized that the minute I walked through the door. I immediately noticed that they have a nice selection of 3rd party juices which to me is important. There is some really great stuff out there and I want to try it without having to place an order online. They also have a nice selection of rebuildables and more advanced rigs along with a staff that is helpful and informative. As I start to leave my ego/protank rigs behind and into RDA's & RBA's it is nice to know someone will be there when I have an issue. I am very much looking forward to making this shop my go-to and hope they keep growing. read more

I've been reading the other reviews here and I'm shocked at the 5 stars!! This was my first time going into a Vape shop and it was the worst experience ever with customer service. The young girl working there had NO knowledge about anything I was interested in buying! As far as the juice flavors they were advertising up on their wall, not one flavor that I asked for did they have. Horrible! I would never go back here again!! Waste of money. Only got to use my vape once; the day I bought it. Still good and helpful staff but I think they were to eager for a sale as the vape they sold me does not work with dry herbs - which I mentioned I was using it for. A bit misleading. read more

Recently relocated to NJ and used Yelp to help me find some good vape shops. Shop online most of the time because of convenience but when it comes to vaping I like to know the product and the peeps I'm buying from. Prestige was probably the 4th shop I've visited in a 20 mile radius. I landed on them because the other shops and product sold didn't hack it for many reasons (can't bring myself to write a lot of negative -deserving reviews but working on that). First visit was met with a laid back and product educated guy. Bought a Tesla Sidewinder 2 and a few different tanks. Everything I bought I have bought before so I went in with a purpose. Had to bring back the Tesla today because even though it was in a factory sealed case, there was definitely a defect causing lack of vape. After a new shop guy checked it out he made good on another new packaged sidewinder. No receipt, no hassle and only multiple apologies. New one works great btw. This shop is a no thrills, no push, fair priced, laid back and overall good vibe kind of shop. Packed up a suitcase of my favorite oils when leaving socal but Prestige is my new go to. read more

I just left Prestige Vaping about 2 hours ago. I was serviced by CJ. He was very helpful and showed me how to work this specific device. Well now I'm home and trying to charge it and the USB PORT does not stay in the device. It keeps falling out. I also tried to increase the flow and the UP BUTTON fell into the device. I've been calling the shop repeatedly and now no one will pick up the phone. I'm so disappointed and frustrated and I drove all the way from Newark-so it's not like this shop is convenient to get to. I just wasted my money and all I have is juice!!! 4/2/16 After the owner contacted me last night - i thought i would have a better customer experience this morning. However, upon my arrival - I was met by an employee that didn't seem all that interested in helping me. He greeted me with a yawn and told he had just woken up. Once he saw that the device was broken - he offered to exchange or return my money. He did not return the taxes I paid. Then he told me that he no longer had the device he sold me yesterday because he sold out. So any exchange i would have made would have cost me about another $40 and for the service i was getting - it was no longer a feasible option for me. My daughter had to ask if the model was being shipped in anytime soon and I was informed next week. But by that time - I WAS DONE!!! Now I'm stuck with juices that are non-refundable and no vape device. Needless to say - the one-star review will stay the same being that I cannot give it 1/2 star. read more
