Barely used 1 g of it. it slipped out of my pocket when I was sitting in a chair and the nozzle cracked. and it would no longer hit. I spoke to someone on the phone saying that they would replace it. I get to the store and they examined the pen saying that it's just clogged and I should do a better job keeping it clean. They didn't even notice that it was cracked and once I pointed that out to them, they told me I could tape it and that they can't give me a new one, instead they tell me that they'll give me a 10% off my next pen... so a nine dollar discount off a $92 pen that they're overcharging for.... I used to come here a lot and spend a lot of money, but after that experience, I decided to bring my friends and I's business elsewhere 10% after I spent $92 on a 2 g??? which is also funny because after doing some research, the same pen at a local dispensary goes for $70. Save your money.

Most stores have a similar vibe: friendly, courteous staff willing to show off the newest trendy flavors, but with a slight sleazy vibe. Vape HQ didn't have that vibe. The staff was professional, wearing branded gear, extremely knowledgeable, and after an hour of trying around 15-20 flavors, I bought five bottles. The candid explanations of various brand e-liquid differences was helpful, and as a previous cigarette smoker this information guides me with staying away from tobacco. The staff was so approachable and friendly that even my friend purchased her first vape kit. I am now back in NC and wish to order from them, but their website seems to be temporarily down. But as a web designer I know the issues with getting sites up and running, and this does not contribute to my rating. Great staff, clean store, and first time I've ever seen a Voop in the bathroom! You also can enroll in their loyalty program which quickly earns you discounts on future purchases. Currently, they only take cash or Dutchie pay.
