Bring your own container or BOC is my personal favorite, and the best way to reduce your waste. You can bring any clean container and Rachel or another member of the staff will show you how to tare it and then help you fill it with you desired goodies. If you don't feel like bringing your own containers, they have some for sale or offer paper bags. I love the variety. I am Gluten Free and vegan and regularly purchase gluten free flour, oats and pastas and dairy free chocolate chips and other goodies . All of their scoops are reusable but scoops are only used once per bin then sanitized so I feel confident that my food will be contamination free.
