Barely used 1 g of it. it slipped out of my pocket when I was sitting in a chair and the nozzle cracked. and it would no longer hit. I spoke to someone on the phone saying that they would replace it. I get to the store and they examined the pen saying that it's just clogged and I should do a better job keeping it clean. They didn't even notice that it was cracked and once I pointed that out to them, they told me I could tape it and that they can't give me a new one, instead they tell me that they'll give me a 10% off my next pen... so a nine dollar discount off a $92 pen that they're overcharging for.... I used to come here a lot and spend a lot of money, but after that experience, I decided to bring my friends and I's business elsewhere 10% after I spent $92 on a 2 g??? which is also funny because after doing some research, the same pen at a local dispensary goes for $70. He did the most unexpected thing. He called the tow company, helped me figure out the next steps. Then called an Uber for me! He totally took care of me. Not just w the Uber but with my towing situation. Out of respect for James & his business, I won't share all that he did, but he did blow me away. Cuz they cut the mold when he was born, truly a kind, understanding genuine person. From the moment we walked in the door to when we parted, it was obvious that James created this dispensary like no other. He totally stepped up & fixed my problem. My reason for asking was because after my last two purchases, I felt like it wasn't the correct amount for the money I had paid. Cool, I didn't care if I took those losses but I figured to clear my mind next time I would ask if they could scale it to clear a customers mind. The awkwardness that came upon this place when I asked to scale it was undeniable. Once I asked them to scale it, you could see the discomfort in the workers face like I shouldn't be asking them to scale something I paid for. Then another worker stop dealing with a customer to inform me on how they scale & that their product come from a range 3.48 - 3.7. Ok cool. I explained that this was a gift for a person who would scale it especially after it was purchased through a store.This was humorous to them that someone would scale it. After this experience I feel like I was definitely shorted twice now. Why? Because if everything is on point, you shouldn't ever care if someone wants to confirm it's right. The only reason you would feel offended is if it occasionally does happen. This place has amazing products; Yes. The only reason I even came to place is to deal with professionals so I could avoid sketchy situations. I was even willing to pay at a taxed price compared to the streets.The reason for the two stars is the feeling I felt when I asked to scale something I paid for. I went in happy and left feeling awkward like I had done something wrong. I quit smoking so at-least I won't ever have to deal with this again.
