Dispensary Review Reveal: Rise, Bloomfield NJ - Where's the Compassion?…read more I don't usually post like this, but I believe transparency helps others make informed decisions--especially when it comes to their health, wellness, and money. Rise Bloomfield was one of the first medical dispensaries I visited in Northern NJ. Naturally, I expected that early presence in the community to come with warmth, product knowledge, and at the very least--basic customer care. Sadly, my recent experience reminded me just how transactional and cold some dispensaries can feel. After spending a considerable amount of money on infused pre-rolls (which, by the way, didn't burn properly--not one of them), I returned to Rise with proof, hoping for a reasonable resolution. I wasn't asking for the world--just a simple store credit or exchange. Instead, I was met with a wall of resistance: three staff members jumping in to shut me down, all repeating the same line--"We don't do that. No dispensary does." It wasn't what they said as much as how they said it. No empathy. No curiosity about the issue. No attempt to make it right. It felt like I was being scolded for speaking up. Rise, I'm not here to bash. I'm here to be honest: * The environment is cold * The staff feels scripted and disengaged * There's little to no product education * And the reward system and pricing don't offer much value Cannabis is supposed to be healing. Compassionate. Rooted in care. If we can't even have a human conversation when something goes wrong, what exactly are we rising to?

If you're looking for a top-notch dispensary experience, URB'N is the place to go. Their wide…read moreselection truly sets them apart -- from flower and vapes to concentrates, edibles and even hard-to-find items. I was honestly shocked (in the best way!) to see they carry distillate, something that used to be nearly impossible to get your hands on for years. Their deals are always solid and you can tell they put thought into offering value without sacrificing quality. I've tried a handful of items here, but a standout favorite has to be the Wyld edibles -- which I first discovered in California. I was so excited to see them on URB'N's shelves! What really completes the experience, though, is the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I've interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help. They never rush you and they actually take time to guide you toward what you're looking for. Overall, URB'N rocks because it's a great vibe, impressive selection and consistently great service. Definitely worth a visit!

*UPDATE** ordered two 2G vapes at 5:30 pm again. Came at 9:30 pm. They are mad about this review…read more Not that ME, their customer, was waiting for 4 hours for vapes. If they gave me an accurate time, I woulda walked down two blocks to the 3 dispensaries down here if they weren't trying to hold onto the sale instead of prioritizing service. This isn't me waiting for my guy to deliver. This is supposed to be a reputable DISPENSARY. I order from the CANNABIS PLACE which is $100 for delivery and comes in 30 mins NO MATTER WHAT. ______ For a customer that has been ordering from here through 3 different apartments and 2 years between my husband and I , their service is SHITTY. They never have a correct delivery time for you, so on a weekend, holiday, whenever.. they will have you waiting at your house for 3+ hours for some weed. Bro. Are you kidding?
