Owner came right up and set us up quickly. He put on a little light show ball, dimmed the lights and left us to do our thing, but was near by if we needed anything. Prices are even and drinks are good. Only real cons are no food and no booze, but that didn't matter to us.

The overall experience was frustrating, especially considering the money spent. What really stood out to me was the cleanliness. I noticed a bug in the bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant and made me question how well the establishment is being maintained and cleaned. A place serving customers should take cleanliness and sanitation seriously, especially in areas like the bathroom. The atmosphere may be enjoyable for some people, but based on my personal experience, the poor service and cleanliness issues completely took away from my visit. I expected a much better experience and better customer service. Unfortunately, I left disappointed and would think twice before returning.

We also decided to get their ferrer rocher milkshake which Nura highly recommended and it was delicious. I've gone there at least 4 times a week over the last year and it's always hit or miss. The hookah dies out in minutes and you'll be desperately inhaling hoping to get smoke. They look at you like you're crazy when you bring it up to them and just add more charcoal where it will smoke for a few seconds but then dies out again. Either they are not making it right or being cheap with the flavor. When I smoke hookah at home it lasts hours. With them you'd be lucky to get 30-45 mins of it smoking correctly. It's really upsetting because I really like this place and the owner. I don't understand why the hookah smokes bad more days than times it's smoked properly or good. If they were to change that the place would be great.
