The variety they have is by far the best - hey have things I've never seen before!! The workers there are genuinely A1. By far the sweetest & most knowledgeable staff. I've been there twice and both experiences have been lovely. Every time anyone comes in - the staff stops and will greet you with such a great energy - it instantly brightens your day. Prestige is much different and I realized that the minute I walked through the door. I immediately noticed that they have a nice selection of 3rd party juices which to me is important. There is some really great stuff out there and I want to try it without having to place an order online. They also have a nice selection of rebuildables and more advanced rigs along with a staff that is helpful and informative. As I start to leave my ego/protank rigs behind and into RDA's & RBA's it is nice to know someone will be there when I have an issue. Barely used 1 g of it. it slipped out of my pocket when I was sitting in a chair and the nozzle cracked. and it would no longer hit. I spoke to someone on the phone saying that they would replace it. I get to the store and they examined the pen saying that it's just clogged and I should do a better job keeping it clean. They didn't even notice that it was cracked and once I pointed that out to them, they told me I could tape it and that they can't give me a new one, instead they tell me that they'll give me a 10% off my next pen... so a nine dollar discount off a $92 pen that they're overcharging for.... I used to come here a lot and spend a lot of money, but after that experience, I decided to bring my friends and I's business elsewhere 10% after I spent $92 on a 2 g??? which is also funny because after doing some research, the same pen at a local dispensary goes for $70.
