Came here to treat my mom and I to a mani pedi. The gal i got was great. The guy my mom got, not so great. He was working on someone else's dye job while doing my mom's pedicure....but get this, HE NEVER ONCE CHANGED HIS GLOVES!! I asked him if he had changed his gloves before coming back to assist my mom, he said he WASHED his gloves. I call b.s. I watched him the whole time. What he actually did was rinse his gloved hads under water for a few seconds and called that "washing his gloves." Absolutely disgusting! We will never be back. This is why I don't take these reviews all that seriously. I had the best pedicure I've ever had in my life, everyone was friendly and smiling, and- what do you mean it's expensive? The pedi was $20. That's NOT expensive! The tech I had (I should have asked her name!) was a perfectionist as far as getting my toenails and cuticles just right. They also have the appropriate drying equipment, which at least one Salinas salon (in Harden Ranch) does not have. I highly recommend this place, and I will go back! read more

Got there at 10:40am because they bumped our appt time from 10:30 to 10:45. We had made it clear that it was a group appt for a wedding party. A couple of the girls' were done quickly and well, but the four others took a really really long time, and parts of the process were redone a couple times. We didn't end up being done until 1:30pm. I come here sometimes bc it's not all crowded. On 4/14/18 (Saturday afternoon) me, my daughter, and my son's girlfriend went in for a fill, waxing, pedis and manis w out appointments. Sapphire did my daughter's refill and waxing and did an amazing job. Lorrie did my pedi, amazing, amazing job. Lorrie also does an amazing wax job. Hannah did my son's gf's mani pedi and that was amazing too. They were all really nice, we all felt comfortable which is rare bc my daughter is always upset with some nail tech for being in a bitchlike mood towards her.. but not this time and not here ever. The poor reviews are a bit off putting however if you happen to sit in front of the right people on the right day I'm sure you'll have the same amazing experience we all had. Very disappointed. I went in for a simple gel manicure. The technician was extremely rough. Instead of cutting the cuticles, he tugged at them, never got them cleanly done and cut two fingers causing me to bleed. After I got home I realized the top coat was done poorly on two fingers, so I went back in to fix them. Instead of just fixing those nails, he buffed them all and redid the top coat making them all worse. He also refilled one hand and took the color off the tips of the nails. I had to go home and refile them so they didn't have a white edge. Won't be going back. read more

This nail salon is under new management and does not do hair, but do great job on nails. I had sapphire do my nails she does very artistic designs. The place is clean and priced like other salons. The only negative is they are always speaking Vietnamese and not English so I never know what they're saying. read more

I took my 6 year old sister for a quick gel mani and pedi, seemed like no one wanted to help when we first walked in. I didn't know they were closing soon If not I would have gone another day. The lady who attended her made us feel like a burden and just tried rushing the whole time, she even burned my sister trying to fit both hands underneath the mini uv lights from trying to rush it. She was also just using regular polish and coating it with gel and charged $30. Waste of time and money and just over all regretted even considering going there in the first place as my baby sister got the crappiest experience. The nail technician was rude and very cocky! She never once acknowledged me and when she was done she simply walked away and began washing her hair.
