This space is also home to a bbq restaurant so there's a lot of room to spread out, have meetings, etc. The location in Fulton Market also makes it a great jumping off point for the neighborhood.

I have had that in several cold brews at several different well established coffee shops in Chicago and it's delicious when you need a sugar boost.
