Old school work ethic…read more William "Bill" Banker is smart, punctual, capable, hardworking and ethical. We had been left with a nightmarish mess from a general contractor who failed us Big Time. Bill came in cold, analyzed the situation and quickly came up with a plan. His estimate was fair. Then he showed up two days later with an excavator and got to work. He picked up rotten rubble and neatly placed it into pristine yellow dumpsters without making a scratch on the paint. Bill rapidly solved plumbing and septic problems without turning a hair. Bill and his assistant dug for four hours in nasty wet clay soil and never flinched or complained. Bill's keen eye and shrewd analytical mind quickly caught a major design flaw in our badly poured concrete foundations that highly-trained architects and building inspectors did not see. I could go on. But I won't. To make a long story short, I would recommend William "Bill" Banker of Banker Enterprise of New Lebanon, NY for nearly any home and land improvement project.
