(in addition to powder room, laundry area, etc.) Morrison's was organized, attentive to detail and got things done for us and we would definitely use them again on our next project.

Guy showed up, took photos of my roof, was about there about 10 minutes. Paid him $400 cash-- He did NOT patch or fix the leak because it was still leaking the next day. He returned a few days later. Said he "got it this time". Again, it was STILL leaking. He refused to return & do the job I paid CASH for. He should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of a single mom. Do NOT recommend for roof repairs. He didn't refund my money for not actually doing what he was hired to do.

We solicited four quotes (one contractor just kept driving and never bothered to quote). We immediately felt comfortable and confident in Daniel's understanding of our needs and his ability to deliver. His quote was fair, and we scheduled our job. Mother Nature had other ideas, though, as weather contributed to delays in the start of our job. It needs to be said that you can trust D.P. Kelley Painting to deliver on their promises! His crew was courteous, conscientious, and showed great attention to detail. He and his team guided us through the process, always providing sound advice (that we thankfully followed). We are thrilled with their work: our home has been transformed! We are having some other work done, so photos will have to wait for the moment. The most important qualities in a contractor (besides competence) are Honesty and Trust, and I can say from our experience that Daniel has earned ours.

His entire crew - everyone I had contact with, were exemplary - personable, friendly, pleasant to deal with, repsectful of our property. They always left things neat, clean and maximally livable at the end of each day, and their work was professional and meticulous. Steven was always quickly responsive whenever I contacted him with any question or problem. Dealings with money were completely transparent, with a detailed statement listing costs of materials, labor, and Steven's (quite reasonable) mark-up; for the quality of work, I felt it was all very fairly priced. An emergency arose in our basement the day of my very first consultation with Steven, and he sent his crew over the next day to take care of it, even before we had agreed on a contract for services. We had our work done during the pandemic, and though there were some inevitable delays in getting materials, we never felt our project was "put on hold" in favor of a larger or newer one. I have already confidently recommended Sacred Oak to friends and relatives looking to have work done in their homes. Richard Z.
