We paid an extra 12% or so to do some minor carpentry repair and touch up black shutters as needed. The crew worked diligently through the day, thoroughly cleaning up and maintaining a neat workspace every day. Our original contract had a 6.5% sales tax added to the total, and we had to ask for that to be removed. Massachusetts does not collect sales tax on services performed. We occasionally had some difficulty understanding each other and recalling details of previous conversations. Lesson: check and doublecheck the written contract. Gio is a hard worker, confident, and not one to waste time. Our house looks terrific, and we're hoping the fresh upgrade lasts even longer than Gio's 5 year warrantee.

The next morning I looked at our house and there was soap everywhere! I texted and asked if they would come back and rinse it off and they promptly texted back and stated by the end of the day they would have a date and time for me.
