He also showed up exactly when he said he was going to, gave us a very fair price for a roof repair, and then came back to do the job exactly when he said he was going to. Richard and his team did a super job, cleaned up after themselves, and were very pleasant and professional. I've since had Richard install tile and laminate flooring, change moldings, and paint rooms. All the jobs were beautifully done. Again, Richard gave me fair prices, showed up every day at the scheduled time, and made sure that everything was tidy before he and his crew left each day. When he finished the floors, he actually cleaned all my interior windows because he didn't want to leave any tile dust! I've referred him to friends, and I know that they are also very happy with his work. I'll definitely call Richard whenever I'm thinking of any home repair or improvement.

Brendan was on time for our meeting to the minute! From there, a thorough review of my roof was done, and the problem was identified. Setting up a day for the work was simple, and every step of the way was communicated through text or email. I never waited more than a short while for a response. The day of the work, I was kept up to date on when they were on the way, and how the work was progressing. After the work was done I was informed of everything that was done, where the issue was, and how it was PROPERLY fixed. Anyone who has ever had roof work done knows that it is always a mess after...not with Rain Day Roofing. I haven't found a shingle, nail, or anything around the yard. They even went around the house several times with a magnet to make sure everything was right. Brendan also went the extra mile for us as he noted some granular loss on the shingles. He is contacting GAF with some receipts to see if they will meet their product warranty. Something he doesn't have to do, but shows the character of the company. I hope I won't need any roof work done anytime soon, but if I do I know who I am going to call! Don't be fooled by the companies with big trucks, fancy folders, and teams of estimators. We started communicating in the winter and got on the list for the spring. Ryan reached out as soon as the weather was suitable to pour. He and his team worked hard over the course of a few days to remove the thick layer of old asphalt and prepare/frame the new driveway. The day the concrete was scheduled to arrive, the weather changed suddenly and was no longer suitable. Ryan postponed the delivery to the next day. Mark Dallas is dishonest, combative, defensive, verbally abusive and made us feel uncomfortable in…read moreour own home. His work was sloppy, careless, faulty, and incomplete. As questions arose, instead of communicating with us to discuss potential issues, he did whatever was cheap, quick, and easy for him, regardless of how it looked or if it was even functional. He spent his time screaming, berating, and using a Spanish language app on his phone to communicate with people he hired. Examples: 1. He installed three internal barn doors that were four inches too small and did so incorrectly, with missing and misplaced hardware. This caused the doors to literally fall on top of us. He refused to repair and replace the doors. 2. He installed inconsistent trim throughout the house, all different wood types, finishes and colors from different manufacturers, none of which we approved. He then used mismatched wood filler. Wood pieces were chipped and damaged throughout. He refused to repair and replace the trim. 3. He brought a professional painter to the house with him to provide an estimate and then we never saw the painter again. Instead, he had non-professionals do the painting and it looked horrible. We paid Mark Dallas half of the final payment in good faith that he would fix the faulty work for which he admitted responsibility. Instead of doing the work, he blatantly ignored us for months. His refusal to finish the job, especially after we paid him money that he had not yet earned, speaks volumes about his lack of professionalism. His exceptionally poor work is going to cost us thousands more to correct.
