We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." It took him about two weeks to patch up the wall due to a lack of manpower, and he didn't do a very good job. We now have to hire someone to come and correct it. The downside is that since he didn't cover anything, he scratched my stove. I informed him via text, but he didn't reply. That was very disappointing on that front. Now I have to buy a top for my stove. However, besides everything else, Trevor did a good job in certain things. But he lacked in others.

We hired Trevor to refinish our kitchen cabinet boxes, replace our cabinet doors, build a small island in the kitchen and install crown molding. The project was riddled with delays, mistakes and poor workmanship. When we did attempt to speak to Trevor about some of these issues, he did not take ownership, so effective communication was very challenging. We actually fixed (and will continue to fix) a lot of the issues ourselves so as to avoid further conflict with him. The situation however, that exemplifies the whole experience with Trevor was the crown molding part of our project. 2 hours into crown molding day, he called me and said he "could not figure out the angles" and quit. Just quit. He left me with 3 incorrectly installed pieces of crown molding and walked off. He did not offer me any plan for moving forward and he did not try to make it right in any way. I had to find a contractor to come in and fix his mistakes, repair damage to my walls and install the crown molding. His lack of skill and professionalism was shocking. Trevor is a good salesperson, but please don't be fooled. I would strongly encourage anyone considering using Trevor to find a different contractor.
