Tom and his team just completed the replacement of rotted stairwell railings, a replacement door, and other related repairs. I was not only impressed with how quickly Tom and his team got things done, but by how much better everything looks and works! Tom is an excellent communicator, he's very organized, courteous, friendly, and knows exactly what to do to get a job done. I feel also that his work is very fairly priced and honest. I would highly recommend Tom (TLE) for repair work, renovations, and additions. Although he did not specifically do an addition for me, the reviews I've received from others Fully qualify his work!

Guy showed up, took photos of my roof, was about there about 10 minutes. Paid him $400 cash-- He did NOT patch or fix the leak because it was still leaking the next day. He returned a few days later. Said he "got it this time". Again, it was STILL leaking. He refused to return & do the job I paid CASH for. He should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of a single mom. Do NOT recommend for roof repairs. He didn't refund my money for not actually doing what he was hired to do.

Old school work ethic…read more William "Bill" Banker is smart, punctual, capable, hardworking and ethical. We had been left with a nightmarish mess from a general contractor who failed us Big Time. Bill came in cold, analyzed the situation and quickly came up with a plan. His estimate was fair. Then he showed up two days later with an excavator and got to work. He picked up rotten rubble and neatly placed it into pristine yellow dumpsters without making a scratch on the paint. Bill rapidly solved plumbing and septic problems without turning a hair. Bill and his assistant dug for four hours in nasty wet clay soil and never flinched or complained. Bill's keen eye and shrewd analytical mind quickly caught a major design flaw in our badly poured concrete foundations that highly-trained architects and building inspectors did not see. I could go on. But I won't. To make a long story short, I would recommend William "Bill" Banker of Banker Enterprise of New Lebanon, NY for nearly any home and land improvement project. He can pull it off.

That part broke and started leaking. I got the valves shut off and then I was at a very big loss. I called around to a bunch of plumbers. Everyone gave me a quote, $200 to $300. David was the only one who just told me straight up, hey, this is pretty easy, you can probably do it yourself, let me show you how. He got on a video call with me, pointed me to the right spot, told me what the parts were actually called, and told me where to go get them. Super transparent about all of it. I went to Home Depot, got an $8 flexible hose, and it took about two minutes to install. Worked swimmingly. Everyone else gave me a quote. David gave me hope.
