We are extremely lucky we did not lose any loss of taste because we would be missing out big time of these outrageously delicious treats we enjoyed immensely tonight!! The orders tonight were the S'mores Lava Cookie, Midnight Cookie and Cream Milkshake and the Strawberry Cheesecake Cup. The milkshake was devoured by my daughters BF. He said it was a perfect consistency, the Cookie and Cream were tasted in every sip but he said there was just a little too much chocolate syrup! He will absolutely order it again but with a little less syrup next time! The cookie was ordered by my daughter but she said it was gooey and a little too rich for her taste but still enjoyed some with a big glass of mik! My 5 stars goes to the Cheesecake that I ordered! It was literally perfection in every bite! The cheesecake was so creamy, decadent and layered with deliciousness! There was enough fresh strawberries in that little cup that it was present throughout! The graham cracker crumbs made up the last layer that completed this cheesecake masterpiece! He said he's been coming to this bakery for quite some time and his brother always buys a bunch of things when he visits. There was plenty of free parking on a Saturday night and the store itself was brightly lit. Very spacious inside and very clean. I was surprised at the variety and amount of items for sale! Everything was stocked pretty full, especially the cookies and individual pastries. I believe everything goes by weight when you're purchasing the cookies and pastries but if you have any questions, the staff were super sweet, patient and helpful! Hubby purchased an assortment of items like eclairs, cookies, rainbow cookies, cannolis and some sort of Napoleon looking pastry. Although some were a bit on the sweeter side (I have a sweet tooth too), everything was very delicious! I was very surprised that the butter cookies were really good because those are usually my least favorite anywhere I go. The rainbow cookies were also very good! There were no tables and chairs for customers so if you were planning on sitting down to enjoy something, sorry! I did see a small round table with two stools next to it but the table contained their cake binder so I'm assuming it's used for cake related orders.

But the older lady working was so rude about it, she said "I was saying next customer" wish such an attitude so I told her I don't understand Spanish. Paying was another pain in the butt. She told us only cash or Zelle and pointed to an atm that was out of service so we had to scramble and try to work with the horrible connection to send them their money. After 10 mins it finally went through but I don't understand why in 2026 a business does not have a credit card machine and if you're going to point me to the atm at least make sure it's working. the cherry on top was that the "happy birthday ivy" I asked her to write on the cake was very sloppily done. I was a little hesitant after my first experience but they were listed in my LI Cafe Passport book I got for Christmas and I want to go to all the spots in that book even if I'm revisiting. My second experience was much better so I'm upping my review to 4 stars. The staff was nicer this time. I opted for a pour over because that's what the book recommended and I got the cherry vanilla latte as well with half and half. I was able to sit in the coffee shop because I had dropped my son off at a birthday party and had a little time before I picked him up. I caught up on watching Friday Night Smackdown before elimination chamber with headphones on of course so I wouldn't disturb other people and I finished a book I was reading. The seating was nice, an optional variety of different kinds of seats and lots of seating. The latte was very smooth, you could definitely taste the coffee more in the pour over but that was good, the coffee went down nicely, not a lot of bitterness. So Jack Jack's redeemed themselves in my eyes almost ten years after my first review and I would be able to recommend going to them. Babylon Bean will still be my favorite coffee shop in Babylon but both of them are nice to visit. Original Review: March 22, 2016 I came here after picking up my jacket from the dry cleaners. I didn't like it very much at all and am happy to say my heart and my business will continue to go to the Babylon Bean! The baristas did not seem happy at all when they helped me. They weren't rude but they weren't sweet or nice either. I chose a brownie to eat and got a cup of regular coffee. The coffee was okay, not horrid but for sure not great. The brownie was disgusting. I couldn't eat the whole thing ended up throwing it on the ground for the birds to eat. This place also has a hipster vibe, sometimes I can dig it but sometimes I can't. So in my personal experience if the babylon bean and this place had a throw down I would always favor the bean!
