The best groomers ever! They are a Godsend. My baby always gets car sick and hated the drive to her previous groomers and then wasn't happy while being groomed because she didn't feel well. Now she is super happy after her grooming appointment and super cute. During her last grooming appointment I happened to be pulling out of the driveway as they were returning her to my husband and I watched them carry her so sweetly and lovingly to the front door. They are really great people who care a lot about the fur babies and do a fantastic job. read more

Good service, friendly people. The cut was good, they followed my instructions of what I wanted.

Masha was very kind and gentle with my nervous fur baby Murphey and he looks adorable!

My daughter used this service for her cat a couple of months ago. I decided to give it a try from my German Shepherd because she was very happy with their service. Masha was absolutely phenomenal. She handled my German Shepherd wonderfully and Lily came out awesome. She even rubbed against me today with black leggings on and I had no hair on me. Right there alone is amazing LOL. I highly recommend this service/groomer and Marsha as well. Will be using them again. read more

WILL NEVER USE THIS GROOMER AGAIN: On 4/8 I requested an appointment and the earliest available was 4/19. I confirmed 4/19 via email and exchanged texts to confirm one dog was long hair and the other was short hair. On 4/17, I received an email to confirm the appointment. And again on 4/18. On 4/19 at 10:50am I received a text and email that my appointment had been rescheduled to 1pm. I had arranged my meetings based on the 12:30 appointment. There was no way to respond and no one answered when I called their office. At 12:05 I received another text and email rescheduling the appointment for 1:15. The groomer pulled up at 1:20 unapologetically and due to the size of the truck would not park in front of my home so had to park in my neighbors driveway. I discussed what the first dog, Ruby needed and I brought the dog to her grooming van. She texted when Ruby was ready and I brought the 2nd dog, Sadie to exchange them. She told me she had been unable to touch Ruby's paws so had not cleaned or trimmed the nails. I offered to bring a muzzle and was dismissed and so from my perspective, the grooming was incomplete. She had trimmed the hair but with uneven, jagged edges. She told me to come back for the Sadie 25 minutes later (short hair, no cut needed). When I picked up Sadie, she told me she had clipped too closely and put something on the paw/nail bed to stop the bleeding. When I got Sadie back in the house, she was bleeding all over the floor. In my hurry to be done with this process and was late for meetings, I hadn't realized that I had been charged for 2 long hair dogs. I emailed their customer support and was credited $15 for not clipping Ruby's nails and was charged a total of $390. A rip off. On 4/26 I emailed customer service asking for an explanation for this poor service - giving them a fair chance before posting a review. No one replied. Additionally, the groomer was quite unfriendly and clearly less than capable so I will never recommend this service to anyone. read more

Brooke was fantastic! She showed up on time and was ready to start grooming. My 3 year old golden retriever was a bit spooked at first but Brooke took good care of her and within an hour she was done. Goldie previously had cockleburs in her hair which had created dreadlocks behind her ears, on her butt, and under her arms. After Brooke was done grooming all of those areas were clear and smooth with fluffy hair. My dog is so happy and so am I! Thanks Brooke! read more

The mobile dog grooming service is very convenient. They are prompt with appointments and communicate effectively if they are running a little late due to traffic. My dog is less anxious getting groomed with them since they come to your house and aren't being locked in a crate for a while. They do a great job too! Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is it can be a little more money than other grooming options, but often worth it for convenience. read more

We used the Ruff Life Grooming today for the first time and had a great experience! We had Chrissy and she was very professional and you could easily see how much she loves dogs and cared for our dog Molly during the appointment. The grooming was about an hour and 15 minutes versus the 3 hours that Molly usually spends at the groomer we've used in the past. Mobile grooming was so convenient coming right to our house! Molly looks great and smells heavenly after her spa treatment! Thank you Ruff Life Mobile Grooming and Chrissy for the great service! read more

I love these groomers. Dolly looks so wonderful and smells so nice. They followed my cutting instructions and asked to make sure they were getting it right. It took very little time to do and Dolly came back relaxed and happy. Give them a try...you will love them too! Masha did a terrific job. read more

Ariela is by far the best dog Groomer I have ever had. She is absolutely, amazing she is professional, patient, honest and always on time. She is so good that I followed her from her old groomer. I have been using her for a total of 4 years since my havachon is 3 months old and have never had an issue. I'm so happy she is with the ruff life now! Request her, you won't be disappointed! She is also known to make sure that the dog is exceptionally clean and smells amazing when he is done being groomed! read more

Bumping my previous review back to 3 stars. After my review was posted, Chris reached out and spoke with me in regards to my experience to try to make it right which I certainly appreciated. He agreed to take a specific amount off my next appointment and to waive the gas surcharge. After a few months away, I was finally able to take him up on that offer and book another appointment with my gift card. The frustrating part was having to repeat all of it again when I made my appointment because I guess there weren't any notes left on my account so the lady I spoke with had to call him and rehash the whole thing and then call me back and then call him back, etc. This literally took probably at least half hour between all the back and forth. The appointment itself went well and Erika even arrived a few minutes earlier. Our pup seemed happy post-grooming and she was all tidied up and smelt very clean again. But then back to the logistics of paying and that got frustrating yet again. There was some misunderstanding so it took another 5 min or so to get it sorted out because Chris had said I was paying with my gift card, but then it seemed like I had an additional balance on top of that (which wasn't correct) even though my gift card covered the entire appointment. While the surcharge was waived this time, what I don't like is that it was a "Gas surcharge" and fuel certainly has gone way back down again yet they still have this "surcharge" tacked on for all appointments going forth. And even though I paid with a gift card, they changed the system so that there is now tax on top of it as well (even though I had previously paid cash for past appointments and tax was waived). Regardless, it is still so so so expensive and the booking process is rather annoying. I still have the remainder on my gift card so I look forward to using that, but NOT looking forward to have to deal with the scheduling hassle and having to confirm or clarify any confusion there may be on how much there is left on my gift card (since they don't use or offer gift cards anymore, but instead a credit on someone's account)... read more

Today June 13th my baby Buddy King got his first grooming from Ms Shannon and the Ruff Life Mobile. We waited until he got all of his vaccinations and shots. I saw the truck in my neighborhood. Decided to try it out after researching other groomers to no avail. They were either a lot of bad reviews, grooming area looked dirty or no prices listed. I went on The Ruff Life's Website was was designed with ease. I was able to fill out their form and browse through their website with out any frustration. I filled out their form Saturday and by Sunday my appointment was all set up and ready to go. Prices and services are listed on their website so there are no confusion. Shannon the groomer text and come me before the appointment. She was friendly and professional the entire time. They called 20 minutes before arriving and her and her assistant arrived on time. Parked in front of my house, came out spoke to us about the grooming. She asked us what we would like and she gave her suggestions. Buddy pie baby went right to her licking her and was very comfortable. Both her and her assistant wore a mask. It was the best experience we had and we are happy with the results. We highly recommend this company and specially Shannon for your pet grooming. read more

Truly overpriced and a scam. They charged over $250 for my 70 pound puppy. When I brought the dog outside, before even touching him, the groomer said "Oh wow he's extremely matted. I'm going to have to charge you another $100." I encouraged her to feel him, as I know I've bathed and brushed him regularly. It was like she was set and determined on charging us more. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. The new groomer I went to said that my puppy had ZERO mats, which just goes to show that The Ruff Life isn't genuine, or maybe that groomer was just trying to make an extra $100 off the table. $100 for shaving a dog!!? Really?!? It would have been a $400 grooming session with tip; I went somewhere else and paid $120. read more

Vanessa has done it again! I told her that I wanted to keep Boo as fluffy as he was but a little trim to clean him up especially his face and ears. Boo came back fluffy, clean, smelling so good, and with the cutest little bow tie. We love Vanessa and will always ask for her to be Boo's groomer! read more

Excellent communication and super friendly groomers. Masha was very efficient and gentle with our Millie !

Love the Ruff life! I have two fur babies who get groomed by the Ruff life and the experience has been fantastic every-time. One of my dogs has major anxiety, and she is always treated with so much care and love. Both of my dogs always look beautiful, and every groomer we've had has always been mindful our preferences. Their services are a bit pricey but in all honestly, it is completely worth it for quality of service and the convenience. As mentioned we've had different groomers but Macha has a special place in our hearts! She is so extremely kind and made magic happen with one of my dogs who's hair is very difficult to work with. 10000% recommended! read more

Ariela from the ruff life is absolutely fantastic! She has now gone above and beyond to ensure Luke is as clean as can be- she is prompt, communicative and extremely professional. Our handsome 8 month old Labradoodle Lincoln was due for a grooming. Labradoodles require a lot of attention to their cost as they are prone to matting. I was very happy with The Ruff Life Mobile Grooming especially with our groomer Ariella. She listened to my concerns, took the time to hear what I wanted and reassured me that he would be well taken care of, which he was. My only issue or concern is that they are very expensive, especially if you have to groom your dog regularly. I guess that's part of the convenience of having them come to you. Overall very happy and I would recommend. Picture for cuteness. read more

DO NOT USE! This was my first time using them. I texted the groomer exactly what I wanted for my maltipoo. The request wasn't anything difficult- just asked for his head/face not to be shortened and to be kept round. She brings him back in the house completely shaved down all one length. She ignored my requests and just make her job easier for herself by just taking a razor and shaving him all over. When I mentioned to her about the haircut and how this was not what I had asked for, she used some excuse that was absolutely not true. About him being matted, which he wasn't. Complete waste of $160, don't make the same mistake I did. read more
