There was no paperwork, no green tea, lemon water, or products for sale. Judy took me right in and did a great job of working on my problem areas. I requested deep tissue. I'm a quilter so my shoulders & neck were very, very tight. Not when I left. She did an excellent job, probably one of the top 10 I've had including at several spas in Europe, Canada and Japan. She used several different techniques and periodically checked with me regarding pressure etc. They don't play music, which was fine with me. There was no upselling. The price was very fair, and I will definitely book in with her again. Based on my massage experience, I'd like to try on of their facials as well. They also have a loyalty program.

Nobody speaks any English- everything I said or asked, my therapist didn't understand, she just smiles & says "ok" and during the 2 hours in the room, she went in & out a lot. Not to mention, she shorted me about 10 mins- apparently, the time starts after you pay, not when the massage starts & they don't use a timer. Prices are on the higher side & there's a $3 fee if you're paying with a credit card. What's really annoying was the receptionist lady kept talking loudly on the phone nonstop, like can I relax & enjoy my massage in peace?! Def not coming back again :x

I'm new to the area and decided to give this place a try, as my skin hasn't been at its best recently. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Shia. From the very beginning of the session I could tell she was brilliant just from the questions she asked me. Her knowledge of cosmetic skin disorders and their treatment outweighs most, if not all, of the dermatologists I've seen. As a physician myself, I like to think I'm good at assessing this. Shia explained that although my skin type wasn't right for "granular exfoliation" (what I'd received in other facials in the past that I had bad reactions to), I was a great candidate for microdermabrasion. She used this treatment along with quite a few others, always being attentive to how my skin was responding. She gave me advice on what skincare regimen would work for my skin. I can tell my skin is already looking better (less than 24hrs later), and I'm excited to continue with Shia monthly for as long as I live in this area! Already referred a friend to her as well. Go.
