The food and drinks here are amazing! I ordered a Mexican mule and a pizza and I loved both of them! The service here is excellent and the restaurant is so cute and perfect for some good instagram shots! I will definitely be coming back next time I am in TJ

A well laid out dining area with a skylight ceiling, second floor balcony, boutique bar area, reclaimed wood tables and furnishings, with the concrete floor and rustic touches that give the restaurant the Soho feeling that welcomes both the formal or casualty attired patron. As a new restaurant it is working through the finishing touches to make sure each detail in accordance with the vision of the owners. These are minor adjustments, a growth period that every establishment must go through. This morning we sat and enjoyed good coffee under the heat lamp. I ordered the Légume Omellette, my wife Machaca con Huevos and my young son French Toast with Nutella and ice cream. The dishes were served together in a timely fashion. My omelette was well textured and flavored. The accompanying chilaquiles were good and cheesy, though a tad salty for my taste. The The fava beans with chorizo was a pleasant alternative to the typical frijoles that one comes to expect with a Mexican breakfast. My wife's traditionally prepared Machaca was done in accordance with the century old traditions. The French Toast was greedily devoured by my son. No complaints there. Overall good food, good experience and I would definitely recommend adding this to your repertoire of craft dining in Tijuana!

Love the fact that tijuana is having plenty of great places and options where you can brunch, this place is so cool. The interior got me. Unique. Excellent costumer service, very impressed, not typical for a Tj rest, love that. My chilaquiles were amazing and very filling. Café the la olla es great too. A guy (I guess is the manager) approached at the end of our meal and asked how everything was and explained about the week specials they have. I'll be back for more food. Quick tip, from second story you can see ceiling fans a little dusty, hope they can take care of that.

Mimosas are decent but they dont do bottomless mimosas which is a disappointment if you're used to that on sundays.

The cocktail menu is interesting and full of lots of delicious options. My cocktail was made to perfection and our service was on point. We came in late one night so there was plenty of seating, but typically it's reservation only, so be sure and make a Resy if you want to make sure you can get in. Tijuana is full of hidden gems like this and Nortico is a welcome addition. Get off Revolution and check this spot out!

She…read moretaught me about all the different spirits that Mexico manufactures (other than the well known spirits of Tequila and Mezcal) and knew how to showcase the unique spirits of Mexico with cocktails that really leverage these spirits. She recommended a milk punch cocktail that incorporated Sotol, which is kind of like tequila but instead of fermenting agave, it ferments Dasylirion and is made only in Chihuahua. Then she recommended a cocktail that leverages a Mexican produced corn liquor in a Negroni but with gin subbed with mezcal. Both of these cocktails are bartenders choice and not on the menu, but the fact that they can execute such innovative cocktails so we'll speaks to the level of dedication bartenders at this bar have. Renee even gave pointers as to where I might be able to buy some of the bottles they use and for a few other bars of similar caliber to visit nearby. Instead of ending my trip at Nortico as previously planned, she helped me find a really cool new bar in Tijuana! Highly recommend.

I ordered the Pepino Misionero which is a cucumber drink. I loooooooooveeee my cucumber drinks! This one felt like a mojito in that there were muddled ingredients in it. I loved the drink but I typically don't order mojitos because I find them difficult to drink and I hate getting the leaves in my mouth. I had the same difficulty with the Pepino Misionero. The ambiance is modern with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a gorgeous fire pit right in the middle of the patio which gives off nice heat without making your hair smell like firewood. It's the perfect place to grab a few drinks before heading down for your dinner reservation at Mision 19 but it's not a place I would seek out just to drink at for the night. The prices are very similar to the prices you would pay for cocktails in the states. Not overly expensive, just more expensive than other drink prices in Mexico. It was a bit dead when we arrived since it was fairly early in the night so I'd be curious to feel the vibe of the place when it's more packed.
