On Sight was on the lower end of quotes and James was the only person I spoke with who expressed concern for my family's safety and that with another storm coming in the tree could cause further damage to our property. I also appreciated that given the possibility of further damage, they got us in right away. James arrived when he said he would and clearly explained what he would do to remove the tree and all possible scenarios. He also gave us great information on why the tree came down and how we can prevent it from happening in the future.
