Michelle handled the scheduling and coordination, and she was fantastic! She was responsive, informative, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Two ladies arrived for our scheduled 8:00 AM appointment at precisely 7:58 AM. Talk about punctuality! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating, especially as I was still clearing a few personal belongings to give them better access to certain areas. What I appreciated most was their efficiency without sacrificing the quality of their work. They provided an estimated completion time and delivered right on schedule, if not slightly earlier. Coming home to a freshly deep-cleaned house was definitely the highlight of my weekend! We regularly maintain our home, but having professionals take care of the deeper cleaning makes such a difference. The entire experience, from booking to completion, was seamless, and I'm already considering monthly services. Overall, an easy 10/10! I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

She did not answer the phone. I called again 5-10min later, she picked up the phone and I asked to confirm all the above, and she spoke in a way like it was normal that she was 15-20min late (duh) and said they were unloading the stuff from the car. ok. I went to do my workout in the garage and let them finish up. They finished earlier than I expected, nonetheless... I try to be empathetic towards people, even when they give me an attitude at first, understanding that we all have challenges in life. So i tipped them 50%. After they left, I noticed that they had not cleaned the windows properly nor the cabinets and oven in the kitchen as was asked. They did not work to get the place cleaned properly, they work to get their 2 hours minimum done. And on top of all of that, when my former landlord called them to confirm what work they had done, she told him that she was told to do light cleaning and clean the furniture only.
