Luis was so easy to work with and provided a fair estimate for a deep cleaning as well as a price for monthly cleaning. When the crew arrived they were thorough and quick and we were very satisfied. I'd highly recommend them! read more

Luis was very prompt in responding and coming to my home within 15 minutes on time. Very good at communication and gave me a very reasonable quote and exactly what they would take care of and not take care of. The job was for a deep cleaning and did a fair estimate on what was to be expected. Luis was professional and explained things clearly - highly recommended. read more

Luis and his team are great! I used him for both a post renovation clean up and move out cleaning. Expectations and pricing were clear upfront. He went above and beyond to find crew to help clean within 48 hour notice, even though he originally didn't have any availability. read more

I own a single family residence. It is an income property. The most recent tenant moved out. Unfortunately, the family that performed vacancy cleaning for me in the past was no longer available. I identified FVF on Yelp. Speaking with the principal, I explained that the house was vacant, and I already scheduled for the house to be painted inside and out. With regard to the interior, the painters would cover the walls, ceilings, and paint inside the closets. Afterwards, new carpet and padding would be installed. I needed a quote for vacancy cleaning, with emphasis on the tile floors, scrubbing of the 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, and a clean out of the cabinets in those rooms. FVF went to house, did a walk through, and provided me with a quote detailing what they would do. On the day of the cleaning, four women and a supervisor arrived. It was clear that they intended to attack the job in full force and then move onto the next job. I was not there when they finished and left. But I estimate they spent about 2 hours on the task. To their credit, they did everything specified in the proposal. My criticism is that if "it" wasn't specifically mentioned in the proposal, they didn't touch it. Remember: I wanted the house to be professionally cleaned for new tenants. During the carpet installation, some debris was left in obvious places. The cleaning crew didn't touch it. Lighting fixtures still had dust and spider webs. Fingerprints on light switch and electrical outlet plates before the cleaning crew arrived were still there after they left. If FVF were to say, "Did you expect us to go into each room to wipe off the electrical plates?" I would reply, "Well, why didn't you at least clean the plates in the kitchen or bathrooms you scrubbed; because it wasn't specified in the proposal?" I am neither happy nor unhappy with the FVF's work--I'm ambivalent. FVF actually did an decent job on task listed in their proposal. But in rigidly limiting their activity to only those items identified in their proposal, it also established the maximum amount of work they would do and an excuse to ignore obvious things that should have been addressed. I hope that FVF takes this as constructive criticism. For the prospective customer, my advice is to make sure items you want addressed are specifically covered in their written proposal. If it isn't documented, it probably won't get done. read more

Luis cleaned the unsightly bird poop area on the ledge of my window above my front door. He went above and beyond his job by cleaning some spots including my front door which I forgot to request. I also am very pleased with the fast and quick service of FVF CLEANING at a very reasonable price. read more

Did a great job for us. Luis came early and inspected the house to make sure they knew what the right pricing would be. The team of five covered the house top to bottom in three hours and were on time. The house looks fantastic. read more

We used FVF for a few years. They do fast, gross work.... no detail. They bring in 4 women who are forced to work as fast as heck .... in and out. They just raised their rates which is fine, but they aren't willing to do a good job unless you pay them extra for every little thing. The son is nice, but Luis rules the roost. I feel sorry for their workers. We agreed to move on. read more

I've been using this company on and off for 4 years now & wanted to update to say they are still a great cleaning company. I feel like they really do try & go the extra mile & not just do what's required. Today I came home & saw how thoughtfully my sons' beds were made with all their stuff animals perfectly lined up, pillows fluffed & blankets folded & just reminded me that they really do seem to take pride in their work & care. I wouldn't hesitate in using them. read more

Luis was very professional and came by on short notice to give me a quote, which I was very satisfied with. He walked me through every step that would be necessary to meet my apartment's move-out guidelines. He said he'd been working in this industry for 30 years, and the experience showed! I really appreciated his friendliness and thorough work - would recommend FVF highly. read more

I called Luis about having a deep clean done for my home. Luis responded right away and made an appointment to come by at my convenience and give me a quote. He showed up tight on time and was professional, honest and fair. He asked me exactly what areas of my home that I wanted him to focus on. We agreed on both a price and date and time for him to get started. Luis again, showed up exactly when he said he would along with his crew. All said and done, Luis and his team did a fantastic job and even did a bit more than we originally agreed upon. Prior to Luis' departure, his main concern was that I was happy with his services. I will definitely will both use and recommend Luis and his team in the future. read more

Luis and his team cleaned our home for the first time today and they did an excellent job! Our place is not large, maybe 1,700 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I think they were here for only 45 minutes and did a phenomenal job! We will have them back in four weeks. We may try using them every two weeks. We'll just see how it goes. I highly recommend FVF Cleaning! read more

I used FVF Cleaning for my weekly cleanings for the last 6 months. They were always on time and did a great job. There is usually 4-5 ladies and the owner. My house was 3,000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and baths, and they were usually done in an hour. They never broke anything and the communication was great. read more

We've been using FVF Cleaning since the start of 2021, prices are reasonable and they have always done a satisfactory job at our small condo. We use them once a month and they typically finish a 750sq ft. 2 bedroom in under an hour. In the past if they missed something, I notified them on the next visit and they made sure to get it from then on. I would recommend FVF to a friend. read more

Luis and his team were great. I called a few days before we moved out he immediately got back to me. Not only that but I was also relying on the movers to be done at a certain time which of course didn't happen. He was extremely accommodating and made it work. They showed up on time worked quickly and efficiently. Our rental looked great!! Thank you to you and your team for all you did! read more

I have been a client of FVF for a few months. I am very happy with their services. They text the day before to confirm their arrival. Show up on time and with a crew of employees. They do a great job cleaning and are in and out. I would recommend. ****10-08-2018*** Update Talk about excellent customer service. I sent the owners, Luis and Fernando a text with some minor discrepancies. Realistically it was nothing major. Just things I didn't want to become habit. I also sent pictures, to legitimize what I was pointing out. Granted, they may have been in the area. They responded to the text within a minute and were knocking at my door 5 minutes later. They cleaned the areas missed (again, not a big deal). This was totally unexpected, as I would have been completely satisfied with a reply "we won't let that happen again." In a day and age where sometimes I believe customer service is a lost art, Luis and Fernando proved me wrong. Two humble, hardworking guys who take unbelievable pride in their product and company. Highly recommend. read more

Luis responded with a quote for a move-in cleaning almost immediately after I requested one. They took all possible COVID-19 safety precautions and did a great job so that we moved in to a clean home. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and work quality. read more

I found FVF on Yelp over a year ago and decided to give them a try. I've had a few other cleaning companies and none seem to do a good job. These guys always do! They are always on time, clean everything, use the cleaners I ask on some things and on those I don't care about, they use their own. Since they send several cleaners, the work is done quickly and with minimal inconvenience. And Fernando always goes through and makes sure the team didn't miss anything when they are done. I've recommended them to others and have had positive feedback from them too. read more

Luis and his crew cleaned my house for the new owners to take over. Luis met me for an estimate beforehand and stayed after to make sure I was happy with the results. Everyone was professional and they were fast too! I really appreciate Luis' response time because I hired him 3 days before I had to move out after another company failed to confirm their appt with me. Did I mention his prices were good too?! Thank you Luis!!! read more

Fernando and family have been my weekly housekeeping crew for about 6 years now. They are awesome! They do a great job cleaning. They always have a crew of 4-5 people, which allows them to get through my house in a jiffy. Over the years they have never flaked on showing up when expected and I have never had anything damaged or missing. I have teenagers and we're admittedly not the most tidy family in the world, but Fernando's crew is always friendly and gracious- they are willing to work around any "work in progress" we may have going. Another thing I appreciate about Fernando Sr. and Fernando Jr. (father and son who own/manage) is that they are very effective communicators and are super-easy to get in touch with via text. They have earned the highest level of trust with me and I am SO glad they are here every week. read more

My daughter in law had been bedridden for a month before the surprise call that they were delivering her baby a month early. My son, meanwhile, had been working full time and managing the three kids, doing school drop off, making lunches, laundry etc. Needless to say, the house was kind of a wreck. I called FVF Cleaning, got an estimate the same day and a crew of 5 the following morning. They cleaned two bathrooms, did a deep cleaning in the kitchen, dusted and vacuumed 5 rooms and were done in just about 2 hours. My son and daughter in law came home to a beautifully clean home. FVF was quick and professional. read more

When I was pregnant and on bed rest I knew just who to call for cleaning services. I met the FVF cleaning staff while working as a nanny and thought they were trustworthy and did a thorough job on the house I was nannying. Soon enough I got pregnant and needed the help! They do a wonderful job and are very quick usually done in less than an hour because usually 3-4 ladies are working their magic. After I had the baby we still needed some assistance so they are still here every few weeks and I always know I can count on them. It's hard to find good honest cleaning services in Orange County at a reasonable rate but Fernando has been gracious and we are within budget. I would definitely recommend to others. read more

FVF cleaners were great! We had our new house cleaned before moving in. They came promptly at 8am and got straight to work. They scrubbed the house in the time that they had allotted to clean. I wish they could have stayed longer, but they cleaned what they could and did it well. At one point I noticed a stain on the rug that wasn't there before they got there. They went out to purchase carpet cleaner and got the stain out before leaving. read more

They broke my computer, tried to hide it and finally paid it back. I would never recommend these people, ever!!!

I was very impressed with this company. Fernando was at my house with a crew of four wonderful ladies about 15 minutes after I called him. He gave me a fair estimate and started cleaning immediately. It was late on a Monday afternoon and they were getting ready to quit for the day, but Fernando was more than willing to make a last-minute stop and get the job done at my house. The team was very thorough, even cleaning on top of the refrigerator and scrubbing light fixtures (which I'm sure hasn't been done in years). Thank you Fernando and crew for a clean house and peace of mind. read more

FVF came to the rescue when I needed a last-minute move-out cleaning. Not that the move-out was last minute, only my desire to clean an 1,800 square foot house at the last minute. Luis, Fernando and Delfina (house cleaner) were true professionals and price was more than fair. Hope to use FVF again in my new home. read more

I came down with a cold just before a party I was throwing at my house. I called Luis to see if there was any chance that they could come clean with only a few days before our party. Luis called me back within an hour, came over that day to give me a quote, and brought his crew over to clean the very next day. They did an outstanding job! My house was beautiful, dust free, even the baseboards were shining and the dust under my coffee table was gone. We've hired them permanently due to their amazing job and very reasonable pricing. I'm also happy to be supporting a family run local business. Thank you for saving me! read more

I hired Luis and FVF cleaning a few weeks ago. Today was our first cleaning. I had explained our situation with our dog that we have at home. He's a teacup yorkie who spent 2 weeks in the hospital recently and almost died from Parvo. He's been home for a few weeks now and is quarantined in his "bedroom" which is the downstairs bath. We as owners can not even touch him unless we sanitize our hands first. Also we can not have any shoes whatsoever in our home due to bringing outside germs and disease in the house. If the dog was healthy this was not be an issue but his poor little immune system can not fight off germs right now because he is still recovering. When I interviewed Luis I made it VERY CLEAR to him to remove shoes before entering our home and to NOT TOUCH THE DOG due to vet's orders. The dog was kenneled up in the downstairs bathroom which was off limits to anyone cleaning. I informed Luis I would be cleaning that room myself. Thank God I have cameras in my house because within 1 minute of Luis and his family being in my home not only are all of them tromping around my living with wearing shoes but their son is in the downstairs bathroom with my dog playing with him. I am livid and disgusted. I made the severity of our situation clear verbally, in texts and in person as well multiple times. I was assured that the rules would be followed. Now I have informed my dogs vet that a stranger touched my dog without disinfecting first and that my dog was subjected to outside germs. My husband and I have spent $17,000.00 for our vet bills in the past few weeks due to our baby almost dying and Luis and his family could have just cost us more in vet bills if Chico gets sick from not being handled correctly with sanitation first. Luis, your apology doesn't fix the fact that my baby may get sick now. He's basically the equivalent to a cancer patient. Everything has to be sanitized, toys, floor, our hands, etc. I am livid that my house rules that are pretty basic were not followed. Don't come in the house with shoes, and don't touch the dog. You ASSURED me these two rules would be followed. 1 minute in my home you and your family are doing whatever they please! Outside germs come from shoes so if you walk through grass with a disease you bring that disease into my home. It would be the same if I had a child with a weakened and compromised immune system. They can not be subjected to germs!!! Please be assured I WILL be forwarding over the vet bill to you for an exam I am now forced to schedule. If my dog's immune system was compromised please know you folks will be looking at a law suit. read more

I had FVF "deep" clean my home as I had been unable to due to injuries. My home looks worse not than it did before. He threw all the counter top items in boxes and I do mean threw, breaking glasses and other breakables. He did not empty my trash --he left heavy boxes in the middle of the room. The worst thing was the fact he kept leaving the door open to the outside after my telling him to close it because of my cat. There are coyotes in the area and my emotional support cat (who is 12 years old) had never been outside before. Fortunately he came back. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience. My rating would be minus zero. read more

Fernando and his team are AMAZING! FVF offers very reasonable rates, and their work is impeccable. Luis and his team were a last minute find on yelp but they were able to accommodate my request in just one day. I also like how Luis makes sure the client gets exactly what was promised. He takes the time to walk around and make sure his team has done the job right and if needed fixes things. Great job and will definitely recommend them. read more
