I arrived after they had left and was very disappointed with all the missed spots (basic things like dirty spots still on the counter and floors). The supervisor came back to clean them herself, but it was awkward having to point out everything. I asked if they typically send one person for a deep cleaning and she said no, that someone called out sick. I understand it's tough when someone is sick, but they should have let me know ahead of time and I'm frustrated they still charged me full price for two cleaners. She offered me a $20 discount towards a future service, but we don't plan on using them again.

Let me start by saying the cleaners I've had consistently for the past 6 months have been nice and…read morearrived on time (Franciela is wonderful). However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

She quoted a price and scheduled us in, I was a little apprehensive since we had not met nor had she seen our 2 homes and our elder neighbors home that needed the most attention. Florina, Sofía and Lorena showed up ready and willing to get to work. They were amazing! All my request were met, when I told them not to worry about a few things they still provided full service! I didn't think they would have enough time to schedule our neighbors home the same day as they have already worked a full day. Florina walk over with me, I forewarned her with the amount of work that will be required, she did not hesitate at all. They all agreed to keep working! WOW! There had been no cleaning service since everything was canceled during Covid. With that said imagine the much needed deep cleaning that was in desperate need! From 6:00pm- 8:30pm the girls performed a magical transformation in the kitchen, living room and bathroom! I wish I had before pictures to share. I thought we should replace the fridge as it was in really bad condition. When they were done it was as if a new fridge appeared!! I am forever grateful they did not run away from this much needed deep cleaning for the health of our elder neighbor. The last couple agreed, showed up, started and as soon a I left they walked out and sent a text! I can't wait to leave them a review! Thank you Florina, Sofia and Lorena! It is not common for a housekeeper to respond to reviews accusing that her customers are abusive…read more She also uses psychological terminologies diagnosing her customers that are not happy with her services. This tells a lot about her mental health than the people that she is responding to. After experiencing her services I do believe the negative ones, including the review that she was caught eating someone's refrigerator content in the security camera. Cameras don't lie. I hired her for move in / move out deep cleaning. The house was empty and there was no trash. I needed her to actually clean, like vacuum and wipe surfaces. She showed up by herself, with her husband driving her and sitting in the car, light equipment, and texted me 1 hour later that she is all done. I came back and none of the cleaning I requested was done. I wipe surfaces and it shows a lot of dust which is exactly what I told her to clean. It was getting dark and she was getting aggressive demanding money. I sent her the money to make her go away and I was going to call the police if she did not. Later, she said she won't actually come back to clean the house and make it right, because I already paid her; She gloated about this, saying that I can't do anything about it because I paid her already. Her attitude was very entitled and her tone was that she did me a favor. Her pricing was higher than a 6 person crew that came to clean a house twice the size, that showed up with a lot of supplies, and spent 7 hours deep cleaning. I made the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews. Hope you don't.
