How did my review disappear?!? So, let me repost. Danny's Deli is a downtown staple here in CLE. Tony and Sue run my favorite breakfast spot with a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. It's small, hustling and bustling, cozy and amazing! Every order is made fresh with high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The service is always on the ball, friendly and fast.

Our friend who is from Cleveland told us you have to go to Danny's. Best Corn beef sandwich.

Morning breakfast with my siblings. Our hostess was pretty friendly. You can tell it's a community place right on the corner. The offer breakfast sandwiches and of course other sandwiches. Reasonable prices for the sizes of the sandwiches. Added photos of the table order

Great corn beef sandwich. The corn beef was sliced pretty thin and flavorful. Great for a grab and go lunch. And they give plenty, I hadn't finished the rest of the corn beef and hash yet.

We got the tostada and the biscuits and gravy. The tostada was a work of art! And bursting with flavor. The biscuits and gravy. Where to start? The biscuit was super flaky, moist, cut in half and filled with scrambled eggs that seemed to be layered. The whole thing was covered with a gravy, chock full of sausage and, perfectly cooked mushrooms. I got a sweet potato cinnamon bun to go. Can't wait to try that later today!

Both were delicious! The biscuit was perfectly buttery, and it was covered in a rich, flavorful mushroom gravy and came with scrambled eggs. It was filling but somehow not too heavy. I licked my plate clean. The pancake was also wonderful. It was topped with a thin layer of rhubarb jam that brought a nice tartness along with a dollop of sorghum butter and whipped cream, and served with Ohio maple syrup on the side. I could have easily had a whole stack of the pancakes. The staff was friendly, and though the place was busy, the service was efficient. Excited to come here again! After looking over the menu, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of both vegan and non-vegan options available. In fact, if you ask, they have a separate vegan menu with tons of choices, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something appealing. The atmosphere has that classic small-town neighborhood bar feel--casual, comfortable, and full of local charm. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick, which made the experience even better. We ordered the vegan pierogi dinner and the meatloaf dinner. The vegan cheese in the pierogies wasn't our favorite, but the dish was still very flavorful and enjoyable overall. The meatloaf dinner was a generous portion and absolutely excellent--comfort food done right. Between the welcoming atmosphere, diverse menu, and great service, The Rowley Inn was a delightful find. We were totally fine with that, went and grabbed a coffee from a local shop, and then returned to the restaurant. Food was great and the server was so kind! The reason for the 3-star review is because the hostess was very rude. She completely shattered an easy 5-star review. We had nine people in the family, and one was golfing. We intended to put in a takeout order for him but due to the 45-minute wait, he ended up finishing before we were even seated. We invited him to come along and then we were called to be sat. We ordered his meal for him prior to him arriving and this was still a major problem for the hostess. She basically threatened to move us back outside and told us we were "holding the table" even though we would have never done that. Instead of giving me the opportunity to explain to her we would have done takeout anyways had he not arrived(but he did because again, it was a 45 minute wait), she just continued to talk over me. It made all of us very uncomfortable and the first 10 minutes we felt very on edge and unwelcomed. She then did the same thing to our ninth person when they walked in the restaurant 5 minutes after. He had no idea what had already occurred and was also caught off guard. Most of us worked in this industry in the past, and we thought we were doing the right thing by letting her know. Thank you to everyone else who helped soften our experience. It was very appreciated. Every person who brought a dish to our table was extremely kind. We all had something different on the menu and there were no complaints!

It's tucked away in a residential area inside an old house, giving it a charm that's impossible to manufacture. The interior is unpretentious, cozy, and full of character... and maybe a few characters too. The barkeeps have plenty of personality. There are no robotic greetings or scripted welcomes here, just genuine hospitality from people who seem happy to be behind the bar. Whiskey dominates the spirits menu, but there's plenty else to choose from. And don't let the casual vibe fool you--you can absolutely get a serious cocktail here, expertly made and perfectly balanced. On the food side, if you've had one too many and need something substantial to soak up the drinks, may I suggest the Polish Platter? It's an absolutely delicious gut bomb loaded with pierogies, stuffed cabbage, Polish sausage, noodles, and potato cakes. The cabbage, sausage, and pierogies were all fantastic. Prosperity Social Club is the kind of place every city wishes it had: authentic, welcoming, and completely devoid of pretense. I'm so sad about this, but this was not my favorite experience at Leavened. Customer service was great of course but my selections fell short. I got a mushroom and ricotta croissant, which was fine. I forgot the ricotta was supposed to be there because it mostly tasted liked mushroom, but it was good. I also got the cinnamon monkey bread. This was not good. It was seemingly cooked in the paper that it was served in so the top of the bread pieces were crunchy, the middle was softer and then everything else was completely stuck to the paper. I didn't get to eat about 1/3 of what I paid for and I had to work really hard for the other 1/3. Also, the bread had a very spicy taste. It must have been cinnamon and allspice, but it was entirely too much and very overpowering. It truly tasted like a spicy savory bread which is not what I was expecting or wanted. Monkey bread is usually gooey and sweet. This missed the mark, but that's okay. I'll certainly return for another treat soon. Also the bread was looking fire this day.
