I've been to this place over a handful of times now and have had nothing but a positive experience! I've tried the croissants, the bagels, and the sandwiches and all have been yummy! I like getting the turkey club and breakfast croissants the most. I believe the croissants are made in house! I also usually get the matcha or Thai iced tea! This location had the best Oreo milkshake, very rich, flavorful, and they filled it to the top with so much goodness. The service was amazing, very fast and welcoming. They even have a nice clean restroom which saved me. I recommend this location and will be coming back for more shakes. read more

So I did not know this place existed and I lived down the street from it for like 6 years!! I just had an amazing BLT the lettuce was super fresh the tomatoes were ripe and perfect the onions were cut beautifully everything was a perfect crunchy crisp bite full of flavor!! You were very kind and accommodating because I asked for a lot of substitutions and if they graciously did them all without making me feel like I'm as difficult as I know I am!! My daughter's meal was equally perfect!! The place is incredibly clean it's full of light and you can see every part of the meal preparation process. Their meal prep area is really well maintained and cleaned!! They are food handling practices are excellent!! They greet each customer with a warm welcoming attitude and an eagerness to provide great service!! I used to think the best customer service on San Bruno in my neighborhood was Jay Georgie's however these guys are tied for the top with them!! They're smoothies are incredibly refreshing and tasty!! I haven't tried their lemon bar because I love lemon bars and I worry it might become a problem for me but they have them as well as ice cream and other sweet treats and pastries!! Lady who makes your food or drink and runs the cashier register is very nice and really seems to appreciate every customer. Prices are fair and food is good. I ordered a drink twice from here and the first time it was a bit too sweet but was still good. The second time I ordered it I was asked how sweet I wanted it which is pretty considerate. The sandwich was solid, and the coffee is a bit on the sweet side but perfect for those to don't enjoy the bitter taste of coffee like me. The lady servicing me was really friendly. I get the title of the First Yelp reviewer of this new business in the Portola. Drove by a few times and noticed a new cafe opened up. Decided to finally give it a shot. It's a great thing to see businesses opening up here on San Bruno Avenue. The food was good, coffee was strong, and price is fair. The lady that served me was very nice and hard working. You can tell this place appreciates their customers. She was by herself this morning when I went there. So please be patient if you're in the morning rush, because she's doing her best. Decent and reasonable prices. I order an raspberry turnover and vietnamese coffee, both really good. Store was empty when I came in so I received my items pretty quickly. Walked in to grab a coffee after leaving my car at the shop and I'm so glad I did! The lady working the cafe, Lani, was alone so she was working both the register and preparing food, not sure if it is usually like this-I'm not from the area but she was the nicest most warm person given she was doing everything all by herself. I ordered Vietnamese iced coffee and a ham & cheese croissant. Croissant was so cheesy, loved it. The coffee was great, not too sweet just perfect. More than anything, the service was exceptional, before I left I had to thank Lani she was such a great host.
