For someone who isn't normally a fan of donuts let alone any filled ones, they were by far some of best donuts I have ever had. I went later in the day and was very impressed by the quality. Thankfully, they were able to put together a giant maple sprinkle donut for me at the last minute, which I really appreciated because it was important to me to continue our birthday tradition. What upset me the most was that after speaking with multiple people, no one apologized or acknowledged the mistake. I understand that things happen, but a simple apology and better communication would have made a big difference.
