I declined the service and was told I had to pay $600 to get my car back. I told the repair shop that at no time was I quoted a fee, orally or in writing, to look at the vehicle. The shop will not release the car back to me without payment of $600. The shop also said they called me several times but there are no calls registered on my phone from the shop. I called several times asking for the status and could have been told at that time there was a diagnostic fee. They are not registered with the BBB.

I took it to my regular mechanic who said whomever worked on your truck, needs to fix it right. There is oil leaking all over. Their mechanic put silicone to cover up their inability to put the gasket cover on properly. I told them to fix it right and the owner said to me he "was not sure" if that seal would hold. He did not bother telling me that after picking up my truck. When I called to inform the of the oil issue, the owner Wally, said they had problems putting it on and will have to glue it.. GLUE IT on. Who does that?!? I will never return my vehicles here and never recommend. They did not know what they were doing. Another mechanic upon being told I brought it here... said "it is a wonder they are still in business. They do shoddy work".
