When I was there I only saw 2 ppl working, but they were hustling to help customers at the register. There was a short wait, but I didn't trip...there were only 2 ppl so.... They had the part I needed, although the worker almost gave me the wrong part, realized his mistake and gave me the right one. He was friendly and helpful. Don't come here not knowing what you need. If you need a part, go online first and see what you need before you make the trip. It will make it easier when you get to the store. Outside looks a bit cluttered with discarded auto parts, not very clean. It's because ppl fix their cars in the parking lot, and don't clean up. The area might seem sketch cuz it's right by the BQE overpass, and there are mechanic shops nearby, but you'll be fine it's safe. Be wary of ppl who offer to fix whatever issue you have with your car. They hangout in the parking lot. They may break your and they're not affiliated with AutoZone, so buyer beware.
