Their team: Marcello, Ivan, 2-3 mechanics are good. They did excellent jobs and know what they are doing. Sometimes, Marcello explained in detailed issues from my car, and truly helps my car. I am happy and feel safe, reliable. I've been with his shop for a long time and know well the process. That is a reason I always think about them to come when my car has issues, even though I have many mechanics closeby my house, just 1-2 minutes of walking. There is also something that I feel uncomfortable sometimes. 1/ They don't have a seat or customer room, so I have to back and forth my house and their shop during repaired time. I usually walk 30-45 mins to get their shop. 2/ Sometimes, I want to pay card, but they told me, the card machine is not working. It makes me tired to go to the bank and withdraw money, especially after working hours, and being rush to their shop to pick up my car because they are closed at 5:30 pm 3/ I am not sure their parts or my old car issues. It seems that the parts (CarQuest) that they put into my car does not last long time, it failed few months follow-up. Even though, they had warranty policy for 2 years including labors and parts for safe, however that makes me feel uncomfortable to bring my car back and forth multiple times in a shot time, claim for repaired with free cost. That is a reason I decided to bring my own parts after few times, so I can enjoy picking up what I love to my car, though sometimes I felt stress with doing this. And I can say my car is so picky. 4/ The receipt: sometimes the internet was down, I cannot have my receipt. Later on the next time of repairs, I requested them. Marcello sent my email and phone all of my receipt links. I can access them at this time with the link. After that, I couldn't access them if I did not download all my receipts. I truly don't know that until I have checked my receipts to look for the date of I changed the axles with them, I am so surprised that I couldn't access any of my receipts from the links. Previously I believe, all my receipts were still there. But it told the file was no longer available, if I want to have it, I have to request owners to resend the links of my receipts again. 5/ Recently, I called customer service by their phone giving to ask about the price of fixing, car issues, or what's going on with my car during repaired time ( I believe it was quicker than walking to their shop) but it told that it could not get through. It made me call phone or text messages to Ivan privately. It made me a little bit uncomfortable. 6/ Sometimes there is minor jobs or maintenance jobs like changing brake oil, it seems that they did not do. I am not sure. Because there was one time I asked mechanics to change brake oil for my car while he's changing new brake pads, rotors. He said he did not do this job. He ignored it. It seems he likes to do the big things. 7/ Their shop seems to have less lighting. I think they need more lights to make their working areas become brighter. 8/ Marcello, the owner of the shop, he looks full of energy, reliable outlooks, but sometimes he did not dedicate to his shop much. I am not sure ( that is my personal thinking) sometimes he looked tired, or ignored the car issues that I told him, even though he keeps talking. There was one time I told him that my left axle's boot was leaking. He needed to replace it to me in warranty policy ( because it's still 8 months). He was talking, while I thought he understood what he will do to my car. And I already told Ivan again on text message. Later on, when I picked up my car, I checked again, the old axel with boot wearing was still there, they did not touch it. When I complained it to them, they agreed to change it with no more money to pay, however, I suspected the parts from CarQuest did not match to my car. I decided to buy my own side, let them fix it again with free labor as they said. Overall, I feel happy with their service. But I hope that they will improve more , and dedicated more to become the best shop in NYC. I just have some personal concerns when I did repair my old car in their shop and I would like to share. And The rest of things, they did good jobs if they dedicated to their jobs, not picky jobs. I hope they love all things they are doing daily to help many customers who need them. After doing the oil change, there was a problem with a system light being constantly on when I left the business which wasn't an issue before. Called the owner who told me to come back another day at a particular time; which I did. When I got there, I was told to come back later in the day as the only person who could address the situation was out to lunch. When I returned, the guy who was to fix the problem had an indifferent attitude to my situation, did something with a handheld device and said the problem was resolved. When I got in the car, it wasn't. The owner suggested that I drive the car and it will go away, which I insisted that I wasn't going to do. He also suggested I give his employee extra money as a tip and rushing me to get out so that other vehicles can get in to be serviced (It's a small service area). I insisted that the situation had to be resolved before leaving, but I will not patronize that business again. I will resume going to the Audi dealership where I usually go. I don't like poor service and being hustled for money when I already paid for a service and the technicians created a service problem that wasn't there before.

Not a place where you come in for an oil change and they make up some other repair you need 2. Fast. Usually, I come around 10-11 on a weekday, and for minor items, you're in and out in 20min; for bigger issues, maybe you leave it a few hours. 3. Quality. I had my Volvo bumper partially pulled off years ago and went to the dealer. They "fixed" it, but it popped out again a few weeks later. Clinton Collision fixed it for short money and it's held for a couple of years ago. 4. Helpful but not pushy. Things like, "Hey, you don't need new brakes/tires now, but you might want to think about it in six months." Seems like a family-owned business, which is always a plus. Highly recommended!
