Not like it used to be, I had to stop going here, I spend too much for a car wash to oversee and deal with rude staff.

Good wash for the car. Took about 10 minutes. I pick the $26 version and forgot what it's called. The result is clean inside and outside. The annoying thing is they forgot to wipe down my windows and it was wet when I got in. It's totally worth it for the time saved. read more

It's a car wash, not expecting too much. Just remember to remove your valuables before you go to any car wash. The hubby had to oversee them to ensure that they completely vacuumed the car and clean the interior otherwise the guys are slightly lazy and will do a half a** job. The line to get into the car wash is in a red bus lane. I wonder if people will get tickets from blocking the bus lane. Something to consider. read more

I wish I can give this place a minus zero, The Manager is Rude / unprofessional They are doing a lousy work . They are refuse to clean inside of my car that they charge me for . I ask the manager to give a towel so I can do their job for they them , they refuse too. I will dispute the charge with my bank I have pictures . they will not get my money for undone work. Worst car wash please stay way read more

I wish I could give ZERO stars for this ripoff place. I paid for "The Works" that includes cleaning the car mats and they did nothing. When I pointed this out, he looked at me and said we don't clean mud off the mats and they in fact never even cleaned the interior at all. Well what do I need you for? If the mats were clean I wouldn't need you to clean them. They did a shoddy job even wiping down the car. Needless to say, NEVER AGAIN. read more

This place is open 24/7. The waiting area is huge and very clean. But this is a no frills type car wash. Its $15 for exterior only and $20-30 for interior and exterior service. Its an assembly line and there's like 8 people who clean your car. Today I see a fingerprint on my mirror and dust on my dashboard where they missed a swipe. Last time I came there was bird poop still on my windshield. I typically will vacuum my car because they do a subpar job. The service is mediocre at best. TBH I've been lazy and I haven't been pressed to find a better car wash. my car is parked in the garage 90% of the time. Maybe next time I'll try a new place. read more

WORST CAR WASH SERVICE EVER. I wish I looked at Yelp before going to this car wash. I really missed the ball doing that. This was not a good service at all. I paid for a wash and extra trimmings with it. Not only did I have to make them pass the car back through the whole wash a second time, they also WET inside my trunk. Next door was a mechanic and I needed an inspection and because I'm a woman two men told me I would fail inspection because my tires looked like it needed replacing and he had to change ATLEAST two tires in order to pass my inspection. I said bye. I must be a fool. He was coming over to hook up the machine and then decided I needed tires. Give me a break, I wasnt born yesterday. This is probably why their establishment was empty. That day I wasn't in the mood or felt the need to tell them where they can shove it. But that is very wrong. Do not do that. They wouldn't have told a man that. I went somewhere else and was greeted well and respected and even had great conversation about my car and recommendations on something I told them I noticed about my car. Honesty and integrity goes a long way with a customer, especially new ones. read more

Do not, I repeat - do not go here for an oil change. They are scammers and will try to convince you to do things that your car does not need. If you are a woman beware - they especially will pay on the pressure thinking we are stupid creatures who will just nod our heads to the most ridiculous suggestions. After I drop off my well maintained car for a simple oil change, a man comes running down the street to ask me to come back to talk to the "mechanic". The "mechanic" proceeds to tell me that I have to replace all my oil - that it is very dirty and shows me the oil. I'm like "An oil change IS the process of replacing the engine oil and oil filter in a vehicle". Double talk jive. I hope the $120 oil change was an oil change. And yes they charge a 3% increase for credit card payment. Con artists. read more

ZERO STARSS. ABSOLUTE WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!! . Doesn't matter which wash you get. You're better off washing your own car. You will definitely leave with dirty carpets/mats and residue on the car after a "wash". They also use dirty rags to wipe down your car. I will literally never come back here. Please save your money! read more

Despite the New York State law that says they must post prices that include credit card use, they continue to charge a 3% fee and don't care when you tell them. They don't seem to care about anything, actually. The floor mats are never placed right, the cad is never dried, and it usually needs another cleaning after they use their dirty rags. read more

Hollywood Car Wash - Bill of car - Car Wash Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I rolled into Hollywood Car Wash this morning at 6 a.m. There was only one vehicle ahead of me at that hour which was great. I selected a basic wash and vacuum treatment. The washmen worked really quickly but they did miss a few spots on the inside. That's been happening to me quite often. I'm determined to find a full service car wash that doesn't skip out on cleaning the cup holders and the visor mirrors. Also, I need my tires to be painted with Armor All until they glisten in order to feel truly happy about the service. My tires are not glistening. read more

They reopened and they do not disappoint! This place is a machine. There's always a line of cars waiting to get in, but it moves fast. I recently went to get my car detailed, and I swear- it looked brand new when I picked it up. Sayeed and Pierre are wonderful, they really went above and beyond. I will definitely be back for detailing and I will continue to use their quick car wash. Not sure why there are such low ratings here, but they've reopened and are really great! read more

The problem fixed. You guys took care of everything. On both ends I was pleased. Thanks guys!

I live down the block from this asshole car wash, and their customers back up constantly onto my block, and illegally hog up the bus lane on Church Ave, blocking public transit and honking constantly. They also do detailing work on Coney Island Ave, blocking the road when they have cars there, and leaving damaged, divoted pavement when they don't. They're a menace to the neighborhood, damage city property, and I hope they go out of business. read more

When people talk about Brooklyn being full of body shops/oil change shops/etc that are run by scam artists and con men - this is exactly the kind of place they're referring to. Couldn't find a better example of bad service, bad quality of work, and pick-and-choose pricing. I got a synthetic oil change. When the cost of a synthetic oil change changes every single time I go by a few dollars, and they're always trying to upcharge me for other services I don't ask for, it's easy to see what's going on. Try being honest! It'll go far with the people that come here. I, however, will never be one of those again. The car wash rules though lol read more

Amazing job. I paid for the full showroom detail, and they did not disappoint. I previously had my car washed here once or twice, and it was a great experience. Everyone is so efficient and nice. The showroom detail is spectacular. From under the hood, the tires, the exterior and interior. (Our dog got carsick so this was a must.) It wasn't a perfect detail, but it was 99% better than before. We keep our car relatively clean from what we have been told, and all-in, from the check-in to pickup, the detail lasted about 4.5 hours. We dropped it off just prior to 1pm. Highly recommend. read more

I received an oil change and car wash yesterday. Service was fast and excellent. Pierre was very nice to me and explained lots about my car and answered all of my questions about maintenance. I came in for an oil change and got a free car wash. After the car wash I went into the car and the car stunk from vomit. The person before us came in for a car wash because somebody vomited in her car. Apparently being sanitary and clean is not the strong suit of this company because they must have used the same rags that they used to clean up the vomit. Pretty disgusting and gross!!!!. I went back to tell them and they told me that it does not smell and if I wanted them to clean it up I would have to pay. They are lazy and do not understand about customer service. I asked for a manager and they said that there is no manager there. When I saw that they were not helpful, I said I will give them a review online and started backing out. At that point, they said to come back and they will clean it. Trust me, I will clean it better myself. read more

Long line-even at 1pm, but it went pretty quickly. Nice, large car wash with all the other stuff, too: detailing, lube, etc. it has a huge indoor store with everything from car mats, cleaning supplies and many, many air fresheners, to snacks n such. I got a full Svc (interior vacuum etc and exterior) which was fine, and a much needed improvement, but lacking, as there were still a lot of dust, debris, crumbs etc on seats n such. I'm not complaining too much, because it was waaay better than hen I arrived! I also like that they accept Apple Pay! read more

The service is terrible. The prices are reasonable but they don't fully clean your car. The guys in the beginning of the wash barely rinse and brush off the hard to remove dirt. When it's over they barely wipe the left over water from your car. They don't open your doors either. Bring your own rag and you have to it yourself. Total BS. It's 24/7 so if your desperate. Here's an option. You won't be happy. read more

Worse car wash ever. My seats weren't even vacuumed my windows were still dirty had to come back to complain which I don't like doing and now the manager himself is re-cleaning my car. I just want to say, first, that this place has done a wonderful job washing and cleaning my car previously - despite sometimes long lines. In any event, I left my wallet in the car wash, and received a call from the owner. He personally called me, and told me to come pick up my wallet - with me thinking that as usual, someone had taken the money out of it. As it turned out, there was about $450.00 in cash still inside my wallet when I went and picked it up. I had met the owner once before, and he told me to leave the car and pick it up later, because I was too impatient to wait. There was no way he could make a connection with my previous experience. I saw some other reviews, where someone questioned the integrity of the car wash owner of this place. I can tell you, unequivocally, that you must be talking about a completely different place. I strongly recommend this car wash for the excellent service (again, despite lines to have your car washed), and the honesty of ownership. read more

I came here for an interior wash and my Hondata FlashPro was plugged into my car's OBDII port, but was missing when I left. If someone here stole it and wants to be a decent person and return it, please respond to this comment. It was very expensive and this is literally the only time a stranger was in my car; I park in a private garage so this is the only time when it could have possible left my car. Also, it's locked to my car, so it's unusable for any other car unless I unlock it personally. read more

the 30 oil change is a joke. Costs at least 80 for synthetic oil, a high but not unreasonable price. i wish they were more honest in the advertising. additionally, the car wash that came with the oil change was decent, not the best around. they left a good deal of the car dirty on the inside and paid no attention to details. it does do a good job cleaning the tires though. read more
