Biggest Transformations: My biggest shift was understanding my emotions better and being able to trust myself making decisions. My best transformation was learning the tools to create my life and what I actually want- not just settle. I realized I didn't want a job in customer service. I was aiming for that due to outside pressures. I'm still working on what it is that is best for me, but I'm grateful for the job I have and everything I'm learning. The AA helped me to start infusing better habits into my day- which as simple as they are, I really needed that boost. There are just so many essential things that we aren't taught in school. Biggest Breakthrough: The biggest one was learning how to take care of myself even while things feel chaotic. This was the biggest one because I identify as an empath- I used to come home exhausted from taking on other people's emotions and needs. I have learned how to place boundaries and have energy for myself ! It's beautiful. I'm not so drained anymore and I'm not getting into unnecessary drama. It has opened up my energy to work on other things important to ME. Would Have Liked To Learn: I honestly can't think of anything. There is so much covered in that thing haha. I am doing it again because I know I can get more out of it. Stacks Up With Other Courses: Oh man, I have done two others, this one has unbelievable structure and tools I can put to use right away. Dan is a top notch coach!! . He really does a tremendous job of understanding and resonating with the issues that you're trying to overcome which should give you a great feeling of comfort. Dan is such an extraordinary Magician Wizard Shaman! I cannot even put words to his magic. We did one Timeline Therapy session where we communicated with one of my great great great grandfather ancestors. He had so much fear running in his body. He had to move his entire family from China to Taiwan and he saw his best friend and lover get killed in the war. He had all this rage towards men. So that energy was secretly radiating from me in the background. I grew up and my mom and uncles always had this unreasonable anger. This review is very late but I still wanted to share my experience with Dan. I found Dan through a podcast and after hearing his story knew I wanted to reach out to see if he could help me. I worked with Dan for 6 months and it totally changed how I see the world and myself. He helped me set boundaries that have made all my relationships healthier.
