Discovering Somatic Experiencing has been a blessing, as I had already tried traditional talk therapy with little lasting results. A wonderful listener and incredibly astute, Brian has a knack of zeroing in on the crux of the issue and working with you to locate the source of the pain. Amazingly, over a short amount of time, my chronic depression finally dissipated. I now feel a profound sense of wholeness and peace in my mind and body that I can't recall having ever experienced before. The best part about getting well are the new opportunities that have suddenly opened up, and that broken relationships have mended, without any effort from me. The work was intense but it's been an incredible journey that I'll never forget. Brian, thank you for all your support and guidance. I couldn't have done it without you.

He's also a pleasure to deal with when it comes to scheduling and needing an extra phone call and just being available when you're hurting I need to help and comfort. He really turned me around because I was able to get the Psychotherapy perspective as well as the very much needed Hypnotherapy. ALL THERAPISTS should use a mixture of Psychotherapy and Hypnosis like Jeff does. Hypnotherapy is the way to go to get to the root of the problem quickly. His approach is to cut to the chase and very unique. He doesn't bother with mundane bullsh*t from my childhood, he worked with what was happening in the present, and moved me forward quickly. After I moved away, I continued to see Jeff when I would come to LA for holidays and family get togethers. I can't find a reliable and professional therapist I can trust in the Bay Area and coming to LA to see Jeff is totally worth it. I just found out he wrote a book too! I am reading it now and loving it! I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his ability to get right to the heart of the problem and get me in and out of therapy feeling wonderful! Usually I only have 1 shot when I come to LA to work on myself and I continue to see Jeff even after 20 years. He is the best. Whatever life throws at me, I can work it out with him and make sense of it. He is a true professional with a calming voice and makes you feel comfortable immediately.
