I made a call to ask how his coaching works, and ended up on a 40 min phone call where he took the time to try to understand some of the issues I am hoping to work on. He then explained that he would do a free session on the house so that we could see if we were a good fit. That hour long session was very insightful, and it was wonderful to get to see his working style. He will challenge you and he is very confident in his abilities to help. Had the opportunity to do a few sessions with Dan. When I started, I had no real target. I was at a place where I had done a ton of healing through different modalities, and was working on getting to core wounding that finally felt within my reach. Being a college student coming out of an unforgettable sophomore experience, my life took a turn for the worse in 2020 when COVID hit. My friends grew distant with me, my grades went down the toilet, my "study" room became a prison, and my activities started deserting me. I accomplished with Dan in a few months what I could not accomplish with years of help from other professional counselors.
