Great place to find a fancinator and shop for Radley London handbags on clearance. We were limited on time, wish I had more time to browse.

Awful company. Lies, deceit and utter bullsh*tting from start to finish. Had a conservatory built…read moreby them a few years back, the results were well below average, but the worst thing about it was the process; Constant lies about why things were done a certain way, why things were delayed, etc. The build of the simple 2 walled conservatory took nearly a year, from start to finish. Examples of the lies: When measuring up for the glass was told the measurements needed to be millimetre perfect. Whn the glass was installed there was and inch wide gap between the roof glass and top of the wall. Their excuse, there always has to be a margin of error. Had to have an argument to get them to come back and fill in the gaps (Badly) Caught them about to plaster over the toilet extractor fan outlet that ended up INSIDE our conservatory. They were just going to block it up and hope we wouldn't notice. Their excuse was "there was to way we could have forseen that" Had to have an argument to get them to move it. Interior plaster on the walls left half finished, rough like brickwork. He tried to claim all it needed was a couple of coats of paint. Had to have an argument with him to get the builders back to finish it Drainpipes from the guttering just left open at the bottom for water to pool on the ground causing damp in the exterior walls. Their excuse was that all their other customers like to install water butts so they don't sort the drainage. Had a long argument over this, they never came back to fix it. Ended up having to dig and fit proper drainage myself. If you value your sanity, I recommend keeping well away from this company.

This is a terrible company, windows ordered (and part paid for) 5 MONTHS later finally got one of…read morethem fitted after non-stop chasing this side. A series of incredible lies to cover their web of deceit (many of which contradicted each other), the most frustrating and maddening experience ever. There are 100's of window suppliers so check out who you engage with before handing over any cash, I dearly wish I had listened to my own advice. I can't imagine they ever get any repeat business at all. Worthy of a watchdog investigation and will push the most patient customer to the brink of despair.

This place tells you they will save you money on every purchase you make from electrical appliances…read moreto holidays to car insurance. Please do yourself a favour and don't be taken in by what they tell you. I spoke to a rep who asked me if I was planning any major purchases in the near future. I said I was planning to buy an iPod. He said it was exactly the sort of thing they could save me money on and encouraged me to join. I did so - at a cost of £98 for a year's membership - and when I asked about an iPod i was told by The Money Club that the cheapest place to buy was... on Amazon! What?! I'd already looked at iPods on Amazon and thought I'd save money by going through The Money Club. They sent me a cheque for £25 as they'd been unable to find a cheaper option than I had. I then thought if I could find a cheap games console for my children I'd buy one. I approached The Money Club who said that the cheapest place to buy one was... ...on Amazon! This was getting silly. Next up was my car insurance. I filled in my details - car type etc. and mentioned that I'd had a speeding fine in 2005 - the form then said it wouldn't give me a quote as I had points on my licence so that was the end of that. No saving. I realised this was something I was going to have to write off as a bad experience and instead of saving money I'd actually lost it. I decided that I'd cancel my renewal when the date came. To my astonishment, over 2 months short of the renewal date The Money Club took £120 out of my bank account. Their terms and conditions state that they would inform me of any changes to the date the DD would be taken and if there was a change in the membership fee. When I spoke to them they were cold and unhelpful to the point of being rude. I didn't receive any explanation as to why they'd taken the money so early or why the fee had increased. They said they'd send me a cheque that day. Nothing arrived so a few days later I rang again and was told they'd 'send the cheque today' despite assuring me previously they'd send it THAT day. In the end I went to my bank who, under the direct debit guarantee (which The Money Club had broken) I got my £120 back but only from the bank. I wrote and complained, listing every problem I'd had. In reply I got a letter full of grammatical errors and no real explanation for anything that had happened and with the same cold attitude. This is a company to stay away from. I can't see how I could have saved money beyons spending masses on things they offered me, almost none of which were any use. I did buy a microwave which I realy regret as it is so small a standard dinnner plate won't fit properly. It's easier and cheaper to shop around on your own. I paid £98 and saved £30 in the 10 months I was a member - that's pretty poor!

avoid any temptation to join this company !!!!!!!…read more when you attempt to cancel your membership before the end of the first month of joining ends , they kick-in a well planned scheme of delays until the deadline is reached and then your money is well and truly "scammed" !! . so they take £98 from the new customer's bank account stating that this fee is regarded as a year membership that will be refunded if cancellation is made before the end of the first month of joining . from the first attempt of cancellation by the customer ,moneyclub will then "advise" the customer to telephone a particular telephone number leaving a recorded message there of the wish to cancel policy and then someone moneyclub declares ; will return call . days will pass . nothing of a return call . as you inform office that you have been waiting for a return call so as to cancel membership , they will try to persuade you to leave another message on the same given number . more days pass - deadline ever nears and of course nothing of a return call by moneyclub or any associates . the next step of the process they have mapped , is to tell the anxious and trapped customer to then e-mail head office with "request" to cancel their membership . the only time you will now receive an e-mail acknowledgement from head office is to , as guessed , relieve you from your anxiety by way of sounding the news to you that your deadline has now expired . expect not a refund !! a sinister , planned and fraudulent practice !! deception , uncompassion and greed seems to be the hallmark of moneyclub ! i advise all whom i can to business not with this company .............. THE MONEY CLUB SLOUGH - A SHOPPING COMPANY (NOT TRAVEL) please stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
