I don't have enough great things to say about this studio! All of the staff were so warm and…read morefriendly. The studio itself was warm, not hot, but I absolutely left the class drenched in sweat! I love that the instructor started the class with a wonderful affirmation from a new book. Her intention for the class stuck with me throughout the entire day - I feel that so often I attend a yoga class and the focus shifts entirely to just the physical aspect of yoga, and not enough to the meditative state, but this class was the perfect example of both. I also loved the for the warm vinyasa flow, the instructor guided us through some pose options that were not super typical, giving the class a great twist with new energy. If I lived closer I would definitely be returning!!

This class was by far the best barre class I've ever taken! The instructor, Juliana, was so welcoming, motivating and knowledgeable on proper form and technique. The class was a perfect mix of barre work, mat work, and weighted exercises - the hour class flew by. I feel like this would be a perfect place for barre beginners since it's much less intimidating than the typical vibe at pure barre, but is also an incredible, advanced work out for people who have taken barre previously. I'm so sad I don't live closer to the barre effect. I'll definitely be coming back to this studio any time I'm in the area!

They should call this place anytime puke-ness because any time you go to work out there is puke on…read morethe ground. This is the second time I have seen a pile of vomit sitting outside of this location, literally a foot away from the door. The first time this happened, the vomit sat there for two weeks(!!!!). I'll spare you the pictures. Norovirus spreads like crazy during school season, and it's ridiculously irresponsible (and not fair) to expose customers to bodily fluids directly in front of your establishment. This poses a huge health risk and is simply disgusting. Don't go to this location unless you enjoy the smell of stomach acid or enjoy stepping over landmines each time you walk through the entrance. Not sure who is exerting themselves to the point of throwing up at an anytime fitness, but honestly good for them - put a trashcan out there or something.

You can work with a private instructor (separate charge). It's the only place I've exercised regularly. They offer different options for classes from punch card etc... The best part of the monthly pass is you can take classes remotely via Zoom. So, when I'm on vacation I can log into the class or take it when I feel like it if I'm in a different time zone.
