Not only have Steph and Kelly created a schedule that caters to so many different yogis, but the community they have built is incredible.

I want to like this place, really. But....meh. That is how I feel about Flowforms And, sadly,…read morehow I feel I was treated. First class is free. Great! Been to many yoga studios in the Boston area. They are usually filled with warm people, wondering how you feel after class, inviting you back for another visit...At Flowforms? I. got. nothing. Not a,"welcome to our studio," not a "how'd you like class" Literally, nothing. I was so disappointed. In a lame (on my part) attempt to warm up the cold crew, I said, "Sooo, what's your name?" and when the response was, "Jennifer", I said, "Oh! me too!" Response: a slight head nod, raised eyebrows, and a very cold, "ah ha." Class was okay. Ended, not a thanks for you first visit, not a we hope you come back. Nuthin' These people are cold. A few months later, I decided to try again. Oh my god. JUST THE SAME. The visitors were way friendlier than the staff. THEY actually made eye contact and smiled!! I just really wish there was a decent yoga spot in this area. This does not fit the bill.

Flow Forms has an inviting environment and a good variety of classes. The two classes that I have…read moreattended have been in the Anusara style. This is different than the more flowing yoga styles that I have performed previously, but the classes can still be relaxing and challenging. The instructor was calm, funny and helpful. She gave me much appreciated personal attention during class, adjusting my poses and aiding me to stay in position at times. My only complaint would be that the studio itself could use an upgrade - street traffic can be heard in the studio and the room can feel drafty if you are set up near the door. Otherwise, Flow Forms has been a great experience and I would recommend it for anyone in the Worcester area looking for a yoga class.

I'm not "fit" or flexible and I didn't know anything about yoga. I just knew that I wanted to see if it would help me. I started asking questions through email. Sara-Grace answered them all in an encouraging, informative way. She instantly made me feel welcomed. There is a 2 week, VERY affordable, package that lets you take unlimited classes. I took just about every beginner class they offered....multiple times. It was a great way to learn that not all yoga is the same. ( I didn't know that.) Every teacher I met was SO welcoming. They reminded the class that they should stay in their own personal comfort zone. They always made me feel like it was ok to focus on my personal growth while still teaching the more seasoned participants at the level they require. I've really settled in to Restorative Yoga. It's a safe space to work on physical and emotional awareness and nurturing. Meng Le offers a comfortable space and guides the class on a journey of physical and emotional comfort. In a perfect world, she would teach every day and I would attend every class. The studio space is clean. They offer props and mats so you can dive right in without buying anything. It's wonderful to have a place of peace to be a part of.

Bikram Yoga might not be for everyone but it certainly is for me…read more Just a light background on Bikram Yoga, it is the same 26 postures every class. Instructors actually have the same dialogue that they are to repeat each class. Class is held in a room that is 104 degrees and very humid. If you have issues with heat you may want to be wary about practicing bikram. You face wall of mirrors and the instructor stands on a platform and recites the dialogue. It is much different then other yoga styles classes. I think that the heat makes it much easier to come into a meditative state. The first 5-7 classes are the hardest, but once you get used to the flow, used to the dialogue, you learn quickly. I would recommend if you are trying to for the first time to get a one month membership, so that you go a bunch of times. This is the best way to try bikram (actually any studio really) This Bikram Yoga Auburn studio is a great place. They have a TON of class times to choose from, especially in the winter when it gets really busy. The teachers all bring their own unique stories to the dialogue which is very enriching. You pick up something new every class. The teachers are all very friendly and love to answer questions after class. Sam, the owner, is at the height of this. He is friendly, engaging, and very knowledgable. He has his own personal story about healing through Bikram Yoga and it's nice to hear his stories in class, and ask for advice or any random question that pops into my head after class. It also is in a very central location, in Auburn right off of either highway (395/290 or Mass Pike). Would definitely recommend! Give it a try! Bikram Yoga has healed many injuries and helped people lose a lot of weight or just generally get healthier!

Very bustling/energetic with the addition of Barre and Pilates. Always clean and well-staffed. I really recommend restorative yoga with Penny. She is an incredible teacher and orator-- by the end of the class I am always in a profound meditative state that I cannot reach at any other time/place.
