Amazing classes and great instructors!! I fell in love with the Experience class which is hot and usually has the ankle and wrist weights. Their barre class is also so spectacular while being enjoyable and welcoming to new members. I slipped and fell on ice a few hours before a class I was supposed to attended and when I asked to cancel and explained my situation they gave me back the class credit as a courtesy. This place remains my home Away from home and is Actually able to be in my home when I do virtual classes every morning at 6 am!! Instructors are the best and motivate me every class!! I absolutely loved the hot yoga class I attended!! It was such an awesome experience compared to other hot yoga classes I've attended in the past. The hot yoga classes are usually around 85 degrees which was perfect. I adored the instructor, I believe her name was Linda! She was so kind and inviting. I especially loved the lavender cool towels they provided at the end of the class during Shavasana. Would definitely recommend. read more

I started taking classes at BYE a little over a year ago and never looked back! Almost 150 classes later, I am going strong! Everyone at BYE is so nice and inviting. I have forged new friendships and enjoy attending up to 6 classes per week while maintaining my fitness level to where I am extremely comfortable. Angela is a joy to be around and all of the instructors and ambassadors are great at what they do. I would recommend beginners to fitness enthusiasts try a class...you will not regret it! They offer a very full calendar of classes on a weekly basis as well as multiple options for different fitness levels. Classes include flex barre with resistance cords, regular barre classes with weights, bands and other equipment, yoga classes, as well as popup events that are fun and entertaining. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. They have tons of classes, great variety, anywhere from 5am through 8:15pm. I have a really tough work schedule, and even on my hardest weeks, I can still go once or twice because of all the classes. The instructors for the most part are fabulous! They are all unique but each one is encouraging, fun, and makes a great playlist. The community is so supportive and wonderful. I swear, they made my post-partum recovery so much easier! The studio itself is so clean and beautiful. They have an adorable little boutique, and kombucha on tap (hollah!). Angela and her team have created a fabulous community, with lots of events every month, special discounts, and charity classes. First class is free, and then you qualify for a much lower cost one month unlimited pass. Take advantage, you won't regret it! read more

Angela has lovely yoga wear and some pretty bracelets as well. Enter the studio and feel a calm come over your being. I came today for a Buti yoga session with Buti founder, Bizzie Gold. This is THE studio in N. Rhode Island to experience this hot sweaty total body and mind workout. I drove 75 miles to attend yoga at TB+YE today and WILL be back. Pure yoga bliss! read more

TB+YE has been an amazing place to connect and feel connected with like-minded and powerful women. The owner, Angela is passionate about the art of fitness and exudes a sense of tranquility that's very welcoming in this fast pace world, not to mention the lavender treats at the end of every Yoga and Barre class. A very soothing and relaxing touch! The studio is gorgeous and the music always upbeat. If you are looking for a good workout, this is it! The Barre and Yoga Experience does an exceptional job providing the best experience for a workout virtually during COVID crisis. The classes are for everyone at any level, and all instructors provide modifications and focus on form. In fact they remind you to listen to your body! They have a great variety of yoga and barre from power to restorative. If you were looking for a good sweat, HIIT, Buti Yoga, and Power Barre are some of my favorites. But, I also love the restorative yin and mediation options during the evening turning inward clearing the mind to relax and stretch! The best part is the flexible schedule and availability of quality classes throughout the entire week! I think I signed up for about 20 classes each week. This got me working out during lunch breaks and all times in the afternoon and evening. There were even early 6am sessions during one week before work! The classes rotate so it changes up everyday during the same time. Having attended several virtual classes for 4 other boutique studios, this place has the best connection quality from audio perspective. It's affordable and no commitment! You can actually see how to do something as instructors provide different angles of the workout knowing you can't see if they remain static. This is so important during yoga classes so you are not just watching directly over the top of their shoulders during asanas when their hands are planted into the ground. They position the frame so you see them working out in maximum view and not too close or far away. Great playlists streams while being able to hear what the instructors are saying through a mic while jumping around, and still being able to check up on your form if you have your camera on. Camera turned on is not required. While I wish things are back to normal so I can stop once in a while to get my kombucha refill, I am really enjoying my new addiction to movement with BYE at the comfort of my home 33 miles away! read more

I've been taking classes at BYE for a few years and I never thought I would actually enjoy fitness the way I do now. When you're new to the fitness/workout world, it can be a scary thing to walk into a new place, but I have never felt judged - ever. The instructors do an amazing job of challenging you and meeting you where you're at. Theres a wide variety of classes, teachers, and time slots so there's definitely something for everyone! My happy place. I never thought I was a Barre babe and I never thought I would ever commit to working out....but here we are. Barre and Buti yoga are my favorites. I started with Barre which is your way of easing into the practice, light weights, use of body weight, testing your capabilities and all to awesome music and a strong sense of mind/body connectivity. Once you get the hang of Barre you end up making some great friends they will encourage you to try more. Buti yoga is the more. No where else can you find a class like this in RI. Heart-pounding music to make you want to shake it. The class is high paced but there is no judgement. Everyone is just trying to do their best. There is no way of feeling more primal and in touch with your body. You walk out feeling like a warrior. I can't even tell you how much stronger and happier I am with B+YE in my life. It's my fit fam and everyone here is amazing. I base my day around the class schedule and when I'm traveling for work; I'm missing it! You should go! read more

Quality Great instructors, caring and devoted! They give instructions, perform and check on you and your form, either you are in studio or taking a virtual class. They are knowledgeable and explain the different poses and what is expected to improve in your body by doing it! I love the Virtual experience as well with the on demand classes from their app! - Amazing quality for a very affordable price so I can have my workout anytime and anywhere when my crazy schedule permits! I can't say enough positive things about this studio. All of the women who work there are warm and welcoming. Angee the owner is just fabulous. I love that I'm supporting her small business instead of a corporate place. You can just feel the love and energy that is put into the place. The classes are challenging but at the same time judgement judgement free. I have some injuries and the instructors make sure to inform you of modifications you can use. At the end of the very challenging class, they always create a zen moment that leaves you feeling like your best self when you exit. They also sell delicious Paleonola and Luluna kombucha. Yum! I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a wide variety of barre and yoga workouts. For me it's a perfect fit! read more

I have never been a fan of group fitness classes in the past. I've always preferred individual gym workouts and treadmill runs. After taking up yoga I bounced around looking for all of the "freebie" classes I could find and after taking my first class here I was sold. I bought a class pass, and then a discounted unlimited month, and finally signed up for a full price unlimited month because I enjoy it so much. Every instructor has a different vibe and everyone at the studio is welcoming and non judgemental. Instructors are empowering without being overwhelming, classes are challenging without being draining and the energy is relaxing without being tiring. The feeling I have when I leave the studio forces me back the next day and the next day.... Angela, the owner, is such a warm and welcoming presence. She will know your name by your second class and makes sure every element of is well thought out and customer-oriented. The most important element of the studio seems to be ensuring every customer leaves feeling better than when they came in.
