I told her I was new to yoga and she was very helpful in guiding me throughout the class. It was here that I had learned that the mat I was using wasn't suitable for yoga (it was too thick and had no grip on it). Alyssa let me borrow one of the studio's yoga mats and told me what to look for in buying a yoga mat. I have since gotten a legitimate one. This is probably one of the better looking yoga studios that I've been to. It's a super cute studio. I love the decor and ambiance here. It has a nice cozy feel to it. From asking about my hair history, what I was looking to have done and what styles, and then giving an awesome recommendation to try, I am so excited with how it came out! I went with what she recommended rather than my original plan and I'm so glad I did. The salon was serene and quiet, and everyone there got along so well! You can really tell they work as a team. I normally go someplace else for my hair, but I will glad drive the 45 minutes over and over again when I need my hair done. It's worth it!
