This is my preferred location because the space is comfortable, with warm decor and soft lighting. But I'm focused on improved flexibility, self health and stress reduction and yoga is highly beneficial in targeting all of these. So off to Shri I went. Mary was an amazing, fun, entertaining (lion's roar) instructor who minimized your self thoughts on "I can't do this, I'm so not good at this, I stink at yoga." By her kind, caring, empathetic comments during the class. She is an amazing instructor! Her guidance in improving postures, holds, poses was supportive and so assistive. I absolutely enjoyed what I was initially dreading to do ...yoga. The class pointed out how tight my muscles, tendons, ligaments are and how much I truly need Shri. I will definitely be returning.

I was disheartened to read one of the reviews left about Lisa. It could not be further from the…read moretruth. Originally, Lisa worked with me to build a yoga program within my community, which is roughly one hour away from Lisa's community. From the first moment we spoke, Lisa was fully committed and determined throughout the growing pains of building a new program. After one year, Lisa and I both arrived at the realization that the program would not be self sustaining. I asked Lisa if she would be interested in doing a private class for me once a week, which she was, and the fee was minimal considering her travel time and our time together. Lisa and I practiced together for roughly three years. Throughout that time, Lisa provided amazing guidance along my journey, and her teaching style is one that strips away any intimidation, and results in a deep trust. Lisa is very personable and so intelligent. I looked forward to the many interesting conversations we had as much as the practice itself. Anyone who is left feeling that 'you' are not the center of Lisa's practice is misguided. Yes, this is her business and livelihood so there is a financial component of the arrangement. That slice is the smallest piece of the pie. Jai
