I absolutely LOVE my yoga tribe. I have been taking classes with these ladies for a while now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. All of the instructors are so friendly and personable you automatically feel like you are part of a family. They are also super knowledgeable and always willing to suggest modifications in a way that keeps you motivated to keep going. There are all types of classes that you can take advantage of, no matter what your skill level. I live 30 minutes away from the studio and it helps to know that there is an online option for when I want to get a workout in but can't drive. This option has also been super helpful during these shutdowns. I would highly recommend joining a class. I guarantee that you will leave with tons of positive energy and a feeling that the class helped you mind, body and soul. read more

Underground Yoga is a cozy and comfortable Yoga studio for people of all yoga/exercise levels and interests. They have adapted to our needs over the past year and half so we can continue to enjoy being together as we keep our bodies and minds healthy. The instructors offer a great variety and types of yoga from Basics, HIIT, Flow, Buti, Barre and more. The routines are anything but routine as the classes are updated to keep it interesting. Prices are very reasonable and you can pay per class or buy a group of classes to fit your schedule. I love attending the classes in person as the vibe is so positive but the Zoom option will keep me going until we can meet again in person. read more

This studio is awesome! I've been going to this studio since it opened, but been with the instructors for years The classes vary with the instructors' own style and they are equally amazing! I truly look forward to going after a long day at work to clear my mind, absorb the positive energy and get a wonderfully exhausting workout. When Covid hit this year, the studio provided remote workouts so we could keep moving. They now offer classes in person, remote and virtual membership so you can take class for what works best for you. I do all three which has been a god send during Covid!
