I've been out of shape for years. I tore my ACL playing basketball in high school and haven't been able to play the game I love at a competitive level ever since then. Last year I decided that I had to make a change and do something to get myself back in shape. I've been at FNTS for 5 months. Unlike the majority of the public I joined to gain weight, which is just as hard as loosing weight, if not harder. I tried crossfit for 6 months and wasn't getting the tailored results I needed; I was working very hard, but I needed more instruction and attention. I tried FNTS for 30 days, and 2 weeks in I knew it was the place for me. Because they have a full time training staff who knows every single members' goals. FNTS is the absolute best and certainly unlike any other training facility. Frank and his team are very hands on, and push you to work your hardest. He doesn't just preach working out and getting ripped (like most gyms do) but couches about all aspects of a healthy lifestyle, (Nutrition, exercise, accountability, supplements, and most importantly ATTITUDE) which i LOVE. FNTS has completely changed the way I used to think about weight loss and fitness- I feel not just physically stronger but mentally as well. I started at Frank Nash Training Systems about a month and a half ago after belonging to another gym for almost 2 years. I can honestly say that it has made me stronger in just that first few weeks. My clothes are starting to fit better and my fashionable "skinny" jeans don't fit me so tightly as they did before. The best part is the trainers - they guide you the ENTIRE time you're at the gym...no more guessing about what you're supposed to do next, and no more hours and hours of useless and boring cardio. Often I get to Frank Nash with ZERO energy and they motivate me to do things i never would have tried before, and never thought i would have been able to do. I have lost 70 pounds in 6.5 months! The staff at Stronger Personal Training are second to none! I would never have succeeded without the support and encouragement of my amazing coach Diane and all the incredible trainers at Stronger. When I joined in mid-July 2017, I wore a size 22 jeans and now after just 6.5 months later I have lost 70 pounds am wearing a size 12! I feel stronger and more confident. I have been a client of Frank Nash and Fnts for ten years. I am now 47 years old and still able to compete and perform in sports I have enjoyed all my life. Frank Nash Training is amazing! I was a member last year and lost about 40lbs, and since rejoining recently have lost an additional 20. I've tried out a ton of gyms over the years but this is the only place that felt more like a family than just a place to work out. Everybody knows your name, the staff all know what your strengths and weaknesses are and will do whatever they can to help you reach your goals. If you miss a few days they ask how you've been and make the whol experience very welcoming, which is hard to do when you're there to work out! Before coming to Franks I always suffered from chronic back pains and muscle strains any time I played soccer, cycled or did any kind of extended exercise. I was not a 'gym guy' and only agreed to go after my wife convinced me it would be cheaper then the gallons of muscle rub i was going through. Started here with Frank 2 1/2 years ago. Within a year and a few months Frank had me ready to go for my RKC Certification, a really intense 3-day training to teach the RKC hardstyle approach to kb training. Got through the snatch test (100 snatches in 5 minutes with a 20kg bell) and the rest of the training with ease thanks to Frank's guidance and support. Absolutely amazing atmosphere! This is the type of place that you will want to come back to over and over again. Just by going I can assure you, you will get stronger. I went from 45lb kettle bells to 70+ in just a few months. If you follow their nutrition suggestions you will lose weight and gain strength for sure! I've been with this gym for nearly 2 years, and it's become a part of my life's routine. The trainers prepare a different workout each day and adjust them according to everyone's specific abilities and/or limitations, allowing everyone to get the best out of their time in the gym. I've been working out at FNTS for six months now and can't believe the results I've seen in my strength and overall fitness.
