They aren't just about a fit body, but also a fit attitude. Their trainers come in every day and beam positive energy even on days that they themselves may need an infusion. It makes a huge difference. I only see excellence. They consistently provide awesome coaching and kind encouragement. They're consistently well staffed. AND they are truly committed to an ongoing journey of excellence. I purchased a year in advance and don't regret the decision. I've been going as often as I can. The results are there. I feel better than I have in years and am still improving. So the 5 stars are earned. Nothing is perfect but they are the definition of outstanding. Another annoying occurrence is that it takes weeks/if not months for something to be fixed (example the sensors in the sauna) There is a group of older gentlemen who continuously talk about the saunas/stream baths in their original country of origin. They continuously mess around with the heat sensors at the YMCA claiming the sauna here isn't "hot enough" as it is in their country of origin. They in turn mess up the sauna and put it out of commission for weeks/if not months.

I filled out all required forms for cancellation and the next morning they reinstated my membership without my consent or knowledge! I had to go back to the home club and have them cancel it again and they charged me for it. Then they charged me the annual yearly fee, even though I was canceling a membership. I have made several phone calls through the club, trying to get to cancel membership and they have refused to do so. Stay clear of this company!
