Oscar and his team quite literally saved my life. When you buy a new home, you never know what surprises are waiting behind the walls. Oscar went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, that the job was done correctly, and that they'd leave with absolutely no trace they were ever there. Mid-project, they had to open a wall, and not only did they patch the drywall, but they painted it, too -- you'd never know it was touched. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I could actually understand the process, documented every step, and made me feel like a true partner in the project. One thing he said that really stuck with me was: "I know you own the house, but it's our fireplace now." That level of care and pride in his work says it all. We agreed on a charge for delivery and setup and after a few days Brad let me know that the grill had arrived and would it be convenient to bring it by the next day (I'm in Milford BTW). He gave me a one hour window for delivery and they arrived exactly at the 1/2 hour mark. Brad and his helper had the grill off of the truck and setup in just a few minutes. There was a shortage from the factory on the grill covers so afterwards I found one online from another vendor and ordered it. Since I'd already paid for a cover with my initial purchase I asked if they could refund the cost of the cover. They immediately replied that it would not be a problem.
