The crew of 3 worked aprox 5 hours each day and took 2 days to complete. It is hard dirty work and the guys were great. Respectful and pretty quiet. The system has been in for a week and the basement is dry...and getting better daily. A few downsides...the 70 feet of pipe in the ground has a giant mound over it the whole length which I now have to fix. We didn't have basement access from outside so the crew had to pass 1 bucket at a time out a window that unfortunately is right at our main entry. They did the best they could, but the decking and the shingle siding at the window area was trashed. Covered in mud/cement splatters and pretty scraped up despite the cardboard and plastic they laid out. I have some clean up work to do there as well. There is no "kim" copyright special cement...its quick crete... just add water home depot anyone can purchase. I figured about 1200 in labor and 2400 max in materials ( gravel, hoses, pitboss, matting and cement) I paid 9100.00 pretty big profit somewhere. All in all though....it was a flooding situation and the guys worked really hard and the system designed is definitely doing the job.
