I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. I thought that was very reasonable because I'd been given the exact same quote by Chicago Couch Cleaning. However, CCC stated that there was a minimum $300 fee, so I should have something else cleaned as well. That was a no-go, so I called SN Cleaning. Why would I pay $300 when the actual service I wanted only cost $168?? That makes no sense. Also, Chicago Couch Cleaning uses an AI assistant to book their appointments. Sure, ruin the planet so you can save money by not hiring an actual person! So, that was another strike for me. The young lady who took my appointment with SN Cleaning was professional and polite, which is important to me. I called SN Cleaning on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday morning. Dimitri came out and apologized for being a tad late. He was polite and respectful. I live in a condo, so he explained that he'd have to clean my chairs in the entryway of my building because the equipment was too heavy and cumbersome to carry up multiple flights of stairs. He carried the chairs down quickly without a problem and got to work. He cleaned the chairs within thirty minutes. They looked fantastic when he was done. He said they'd take 4-6 hours to dry and that I'd see the results better once the chairs were completely dry. The chairs are clean and look much better than before. I've had the chairs for seven years and this is the first time they've been professionally cleaned, so I certainly didn't expect a miracle. They're not perfect but I wasn't expecting perfection. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the results. I will definitely call SN Cleaning again in the future.

The guy calls downstairs and says "I'm not sure if I'm going crazy, but is it smokey in here?" As the entire room is covered in smoke. This led to black soot all over my living room, which I had to have professionally cleaned as a result. #3: Since the job was half done and the machine broke (which I was very understanding about) the guy said he would bring the remaining cushions and seats with him and bring them back first thing the next morning. He did not, and we went the entire weekend without a couch (the first weekend I hosted my Boss over-great impression) #4: After reaching out multiple times to figure out if my couch was stolen, I finally get a message 4 days later saying they will be dropping the couch off. Also that the GM would call me to apologize (it's been over 6 days, and I've followed up multiple times to no avail) #5: The guy finally comes to drop off the cushions, and literally left them outside in plastic bags. I found out by stepping in it, smashing it down. I cleaned as best I could, but it was shag. It smelled and I couldn't get it out. I called a few places, most said I needed to wait until next week if they answered. Good Guys took pity on me and a crew showed up in 45 minutes. They also did two additional rugs at no extra cost.
